My questions are these:

Has any correlation been found between PE gains and the amount ones penis grows from a flaccid to an erect state ( shower or grower)?

Has any correlation been found between the amount of gains achieved and the starting size of a penis? If the same person had 2 identical penis’ but with one being 8 inches while the other is 4 inches and both of these penis’ were put through the exact same routine which one would you expect to grow more?

1. None that I’m aware of, however; I would postulate that growers probably have a slightly easier time gaining since it’s likely they are starting off with more elastin in the tissues of their penis thereby allowing their penis to be in a more expanded state with less basal venous pressure.

2. Again I can’t point to any studies (except there may be a survey on here around somewhere) but I would think that a bigger penis will be slightly easier to make even bigger, simply because there is a larger amount of tissue that CAN be stretched and so more will be stretched.

This is an excellent question I asked myself quiet a few times.

I would suppose that showers could gain easier because they less elastic tissues.

Perhaps some others physical indicators have more impact like the properties of your connective tissue? I get stretch marks easier than other people.

I get your point. Less elastic tissue means more “destructive” deformation from PE resulting in gains. Pulling from my empirical source of “out of my ass”, gains come to those who are patient, consistent, and learn early how to read their dick. Know thy self.

In my experience, the more you do PE the more you change from a grower to a shower. In other words, flaccid size improvement is pretty common.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

2 months in and i would have to vouch for that.

Great answers guys! These answers are definitely weighted in the direction that my train of thought was headed in. So my bias is definitely pleased! Haha

It would be great to have some empirically sound studies to give the Growers some more comfort but for now theorizing will do as I for one have faith in PE and can’t wait to see the gains!

I checked this a few months back using the TP size database. On average, starting size has little to no statistical bearing on absolute volume gains. In other words, a small dick and a big dick are just as likely to gain the same amount of volume, but the small dick will experience a larger percentage increase. Bigger starting size did have a slight advantage in overall gains, but again it’s almost negligible.

So to answer your second question, the 8 inch guy might start with a 20 cubic inch volume, and finish with 23 cubic inches volume. The 4 inch guy might start with 6 cubic inches volume, and finish with 9 cubic inches volume. They both tend to gain 3 cubic inches of volume, but the smaller guy got a 50% size increase, while the bigger guy got a 15% size increase.

I will be the test dummy. I have a grower in the worst kind of way (sometimes around 1.5 - 2 inches after exercise, never been too inspired to measure it then). It was the major reason I had penis issues when I was younger. I always measured average when erect. I have done pe in the past off and on, and would see improvements in flaccid size, but they never lasted when I stopped after a month or so. I did gain a half inch from it in the past, but never stuck with it due to the difficulty of keeping the routine secret in my teens and then as a college student. Now I have a solid system and don’t plan to stop until I reach my goals. After 2 weeks, my flaccid hasn’t improved much, and I haven’t measured anything else.

I am a grower for sure. My guy can be 2 inches when flaccid throughout the day but grows out 6.5+ (NBPEL)-

Since I began stretching 15-20 minutes per day I feel like I am starting to loosen up in a big way.. When I began 2 weeks ago, I was like I was like a frozen rubber band.

I wonder if showers already feel pretty loose or do you get this same feeling when starting PE?

Do you feel like you also have A LOT more to gain in flexibility? Did you feel like a frozen rubber band?

Does everyone start out feeling very tense in the ligs?

I just joined TP and am bumping this thread to get a better idea as to whether my goals are realistic or not.

My starting measurements were BPEL 6.9; NBPEL 6.0; and MEG 4.6, and I have always been a grower. My tool is very straight and almost identical in circumference from the base to the glans. My focus will be primarily on girth gains. If I get an inch more in length as a side product, I’ll be happy, albeit it’s not necessary for me. I’ve been doing the JP90 routine since 14 April this year (with a note that I use a cock ring for jelqing and have been testing out a variety of girth exercises), and plan to include a combination of clamping and bathmate pumping to my routine after the initial three months. After the first 6 weeks or so, I feel fortunate to have experienced pretty promising newbie gains, especially for girth, and stand as of now at BPEL 7.1; NBPEL 6.2; and MEG 5.1

Having said this, I’ve copied the original questions below for the ease of reference, and it would be great to read more answers to those:

My goal is a BPEL 8.1; NBPEL 7.5; MEG 5.75 dick. The numbers have been chosen pretty arbitrarily based on my reading of how much others have gained, what the “ideal penis size” for an average woman could be, and what I consider would be aesthetically most pleasing for my 6.2 muscular frame.

Finally, I would like to say that both TP and PEgym have been great resources for me while I’ve satisfied my curiosity for the interesting world of penis size and enlargement. Big thanks to the community!

Target: BPEL 8.1; NBPEL 7.5; MEG 5.75

I suggest not clamping or pumping until at least 5-6 months, at the least. Your gaining from the newbie routine, and you want it to stay that way, trust me. It’s like when you first start working out and your gaining quickly from newbie gains, you want to get as much as you can during that phase.

Because once you start with the more advance stuff, you can throw the newbie gains out the window. And if your in it for the long haul which your goals seem to show, then that would be the optimal choice for maximum gains.

I didn’t start doing ULI’s (manual clamping) until month 5. That is a first step towards clamping. So I also suggest looking into those before using a cable clamp.

Congrats on the gains. Don’t change whatever your doing, “if it’s not broke don’t fix it” is a code we live by in PE to keep gains coming.
