Not sure it aids in growth directly, but it helps to prevent injury. Just like any ‘warm-up’ would do ;)

Exactly, your not sure, I like how you qualify your statement. That all I was saying to whats his name. Try not to use definitive language, the fact of the matter is we don’t know. I use heat through out, I have very little discoloration. And I clamp, jelq while semi clamped, and do clamped bends. Virtually no discoloration!

A heat pad applied through out your session instead of just as a warm up. Does help you engorge your penis with more blood. Now this can contribute to gains. However much engorging you unit is important that is. And I’d say pretty important for gaining girth.

You guys might think this is too much, every time I use the rest room I heat a wash rag using warm water and wrap my dick for about a minute or so even if I am PEing. Heat is very beneficial and I have had some very good gains and do attribute it to heat. I also feel that it keeps the ligs and tunica pliable, so that stretching can be more rewarding. I do not agree with any body here that says heat is not beneficial. I have been PEing for 2 years now, I just recently stumbled across this site and feel this forum to be very beneficial too.

And for stretching, Listen to Pud, I am very much in agreement with what Pud has said about heat. Think about it, if you were to sprang an ankle and applied heat to it, the swelling will not go down, but if you put ice on it then there will be little or no swelling. This is all common sense. Heat between jelqs is also very beneficial. heat during stretching, YES.

Thanks tnt, I appreciate it. I agree with you about heat and ligs as well. And every vet I’ve ever seen agrees with us. I can’t recall reading where any vet thought heat wasn’t beneficial now that I think about it.

We all answer questions in an effort to be helpful. Some people are just a tad more qualified than others ;)

Also I’d like to say that a hot bath is a very good source of heat. The problem is however you can’t sit in hot water for an hour every single day. This would be quite harsh on your skin. I’ve read about guys who take lots of showers getting a fungus.
