In the beginning the ligs stretch easily, they get tough fast and then it is harder to gain from them.

Northpole what do you mean by ligs stretching easily at first. For how long do you mean.

Does it mean that if I started to stretch longer and more at first I could have gained more…?

Then why they all say to start with a newbie routine?

What i meant was that the stretching should be done so that the most stress is put on the ligs.

If you are just pulling on the penis it is not working the right way.

Did you really focus on the ligs and work on the grip so that you feel the stretch on the ligs and not the skin?

The grip is very important in manual stretching… And do it straight down with a good big flaccid.

I don`t know if you are cut or uncut, i am uncut, so it makes it easier for me.

I don`t know what routine you are following, but in most cases the idea with a newbie routine is to do safe PE, and start carefully so that you don`t get injury.

With the manual stretch you should not feel any pain, and don`t think it will grow 1 inch per session if you pull harder.

Then try to pull up your abs while stretching, you should feel something interesting :)

I already do the thing with the abs to get a better stretch . The grip is fine. I am uncut also. I started with a newbie routine from Penis-Health at first and then I found TP and I dont go back there really. I do have some motivation issues right now, but I just started a new routine that I have been following for 3 days now.

Here it comes hoping that I dont violate any rules here:

3min hot shower with 30 kegels

8min manual stretches

5min BTC stretch 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off pattern

3min V-stretch

200 jelqs

2x15 JAI stretches so that is 30 stretches

3min hot shower

I am about to get an IR lamp for better heating I think .

Plus I wonder about getting a few pulls on my member while at the bathroom during the day. I dont know if i shouldnt let it rest more during the day.
But that probably applies more on the girth routines right?

That isn’t too much. Looks like a lot because of the variety, but it only works out to be around a 35 minute workout with the warm up and warm down included. These exercises aren’t high risk exercises either.

Only right after workout. Mine shrinks sometimes after workout, but I know how to remedy that.

What? Thats overworking it?

Someone critique my method please. I started August 20th.

5 minute warm up with a hot shower.
15 minute manual stretches and Jai stretches
1-2 minute BTC stretch
300 jelqs with 3 sec stroke
5 minute stretches
5 minute warm down with hotshower.

I do stretches in the hot shower though, so it takes me about 45 minutes all together.
Am I training too hard?

I dont think you are overtraining it. As a matter of fact that seems like a good routine for length gains.

That is not a newbie routine at all. But anway, I dont know how to make that link thing so I can not redirect you over there to the thread that I started.
The name: Hack of a length routine!!! —-that is where I asked about that routine. If it is OKAY and such. And guess what I got for answers.
Things like Increase stretches and jelqs rapidly and things of that matter. It aint a joke. That is what they all said.

What do you suggests is not overtraining. As XL said it only takes up to 35 minutes with warm up and down.

What would that metod be? Kegels or something like that?

What I heard is a good indicator of not overtraining is the morning wood.
Needless to say I dont get those in the morning with this routine…And I am only in my early 20´s.
I got them for a few days when I came back from the deconditioning break and did the same routine with limited time on those excercises.

What is your 2 cents on that sort of speak please.

We all over work sometimes.
Fluid buildup is not a gain.
Most of us know that less is more.
Tissue needs time to heal.

IMO most members here over work. Then they wonder why they hit a plateau.

Guys who think that all the fluid buildup is some real gains are wrong.

Take it easy guys ;)
