After my manual stretching session, my penis tends to shrink and get a lot smaller, although it’s very flexible as well.. Does anyone else experience a shrinkage after manual stretching?

This sounds like you are over working. How long have you done this manual stretching? How long sessions do you have?

Take a two day off PE and start over with only 10-20 moderate tugs, straight down.

Also, wear an ADS (all day stretch) like a traction wrap, immediately after stretching.

After you have stretched the tissues and created micro-tears you want to keep your penis in an extended state so that it will heal elongated, not shrunken.

Have you had any gains with this your self?

I had gains my first two month and I experience that again now after a week break but it does the same think.
I dont think I overwork it though.
I mean I do stretch 15 to 20 minutes every session plus I do 200 jelqs, but i am on a length routine.

Northpole do you think that 10 to 20 moderate tugs is enough to get gains?
Did you gain this way?

Have you tried only stretching and no jelking?

I stretch for 30 sec in each direction, maybe 5-6 min each session, after stretching mine is longer.

pump a couple of kegels after your stretching session to get a little more of a flaccid hang, get the blood flow going. You could also do a quick wet jelqing session. I had that exact problem when I didn’t warm up and warm down, so maybe you should look into that.

Yes, if you are new to PE.
You guys think you will get a monster cock in one night?
PE takes time.

Try going to the gym as a newbie and make a set of 10 max reps in the bench, you will not be able to drive a car the next day if you are new to benching, you will only end up with inflamed muscles.
In PE you have to start easy the same way as in the gym.

Over working is bad.

How long are each of these 10-20 moderate tugs? I’m not saying you can’t gain only doing this, but I personally think you need to do anywhere from 5-10 minutes of stretching (not too intense) when warming up your penis. If you are using manual stretching as your means for length gaining, then do it for 10-20 minutes. As long as you aren’t pulling too hard, it doesn’t matter how long you pull on it total.

Your penis shrinking after stretching is common. Does it feel cold? Apply heat to it while stretching (preferably infrared). You won’t shrivel up when doing that.

This is exactly what is suppose to happen, the result of trauma, temperature, emotional shift, bladder influence, prostate influence will result in shrinkage. It is the nature of the penis to react and manipulate to just about anything. DO NOT FEAR THE DISAPPEARING PENIS, contrary to popular belief there are worse things that could happen in your short life.

The penis is incredibly reflexive and is directly attached to your brain, pain centers, emotive factors, stress factors, discomfort factors will all translate into personality disorders for your penis. Below are a few things that are not necessary: 1) Stropping the little guy in an elongated state to fend off the “gremlins with shrink wands.” 2) Do not worry about “cementing gains” there is no such thing. 3) Use washers to anchor your penis and hold open “micro tears,” there is no such thing (tears in anything would require a trip to the hospital).

Your penis has protective characteristics built-in; after all, it is responsible for procreation and survivability of the human race (more or less). Your penis is no dummy, what would you do if a giant monster was stretching you on a rack and hanging boat anchors around your neck and squeezing you until your head turned purple?? You might run and hide too, when the monster approaches, so let the penis do what he must, the next day he will be more robust and heftier than usual. It is just nature’s course.

I did about 5-10 second tugs straight down, i got some fast lig gains this way in the very beginning of my PE history.
I started some light wet jelqing also, and slowly increased the stress.

Shilow are you advising not to apply a traction wrap after stretching then?

In my opinion, a traction wrap cannot be considered an ADS.
