What Do You Guys Think Is Better? Hanging Or Stretching? Can They Both Be Done As A Part Of A Routine Or Should I Do Only One Of Them? Or Is It Better A Stretching Device Such As Penismaster Or So? If Anyone Of You Have Any Idea Please Answer, I Used To Stretch, No Much Gain Seen, Today I Started On Hanging (doing It Right Now, And It Feels Good With 4.4 Lbs) And I Am Planning On Buying A Stretching Device, But I Would Like To Hear From The Guys Who Have Used Them And Have Hanged And Stretched.

Everything you mentioned works but start with a solid, manual PE routine. Keep at it for a period of 3 to 4 months in order for your gains to show. A solid PE routine is a must. 3 on 1 off without fail. Regardless of how good/bad you feel, how crappy your life is, etc, etc…

Do your manual PE with intensity and strength. Stay commited.

Then get into the stretchers, hangers and all other devices.

Get a good manual Pe routine going first. See how your body reacts and give it some more. To gain you have to be very intense.

Well, everything mentioned by falcon is great! :up: He’s right. I got nothing special to add, but I just want to say that as long as you’re newbie (like me), don’t try overdoing it and make sure your routine is safe. I also would like to ask you something. You said, you have been streching for awhile but no GAIN, would you mind telling me how you do it? Or how you stretch? It might help me not to do that if I want a fast length gain.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

They are both good in different aspects. When you first start out (the first 2 months) you do not want to hang high weights from your penis. It is much easier to gain doing manual stretches for 5 - 20 minutes.

Hanging is an advanced way to stretch your penis. After manual stretching stops working you want to start hanging.

I suggest stretching in every routine, even when you start hanging.

The best stretch I have come across is the JAI stretches.

The best ALL DAY STRETCHING Device I have found is the “PE Weights.” They are golf weights. They require no assembly, except wrapping.

They can even be used as a hanging device for up to 5 lbs.

I would recommend these to anyone.

ADS are Traction devices, not tecnically “stretching” devices.

PE Weights I HIGHLY recommend, they are great and I attribute my most recent gains to them.

It is not what I have benn doing wrong but what I have not been doing, you see, for many reasons I have had to stop doing my PE, so I have not been consistent, lack of time, privacy, etc. But I just found a post in the spanish section of a guy who did his work out for only 10 to 15 minutes a day and it worked for him, so, that is what I will do when don´t have enough time or do it in the shower if I have no privacy. This routine I´m telling you obout is 30 sec stretch in each direction, and 200 wet jelks, as for kegels there is no prblem, you can do them anytime anywhere.

How do you see it? Any comments?

Oh I got it keyhero,

I’m also pretty busy, but fortunately I have my own room and my own private bath room. I got no comments on your routine. I think it’s ok, but as you are busy like this, you can just split your routine into two segments, let say you do manual streching for the first segment in the morning/afternoon and jelqing for the second segment in the evening before you go to bed.

PEing most of the time needs motivation, one of the motivation is to think about getting a bigger cock (then you’ll be very happy :D ) and believe that your penis has always been growing bigger and longer :D then you’ll be happy to do it again.

Hi guys!

I started hanging about 6 months into my PE. I thought it would really help with getting me past the plateau I was experiencing in length gains. It did to some extent. I gained about 1/8” in the length area but in the base girth area I gained an incredible 3/8”!

That was caused by all the weight, 22 pounds plus I was hanging for 2 to 3 hours a day. Once I got into hanging I got lazy and quit being consistent with my manual PE.

Then I gave up for 6 months entirely and just came back a month ago. For the next 2 to 3 months I will only do intense manual PE. Then I will get back into hanging for another 3 months or so to build some more length and base girth.

As far as gains go I didn’t lose anything. In fact my length has increased by 1/8” and my midshaft girth has increased by 1/8”. I owe this to a 6 month extended layoff from all PE. My belief is all the hanging I did cemented all the gains I created at the beginning.

This is the second time I have heard this. Could someone please explain to me the difference between a traction device and a stretching device?

As far as I can tell, the closest thing to a stretching device would be something that hangs loose like a Bibhanger- used to stretch the ligs..

A traction device would be something like a Penimaster which is more fixed (rather than hanging) and which applies a constant tractive force to promote cell growth.

Although, strictly speaking, hangers (like the Bibhanger) and ‘stretchers’ (like the Penimaster) arguably both use tractive force -the term ‘stretcher’ is partially accurate and easy to use.

I don’t get it - hanging applies a constant tractive force unless you jump around? That would mean that the definition for stretching devices and traction devices overlaps exactly?
