Hanging and stretching: I think it's the same thing.

My point is either hanging or stretching, both techniques lead to the pulling of the penis, creating tension and elongation. I just wonder which one is more effective for the gaining result.

Most guys who have done both agree that hanging is more effective. It enables you to stretch the tissues for extremely long periods of time with extremely high force (although it’s best to use the minimum force necessary to achieve fatigue).

I’ll tell you this much for sure: it is a LOT easier to stick with a hanging routine than a stretching routine. Hanging is a hands-free, zero-effort PE technique, besides the nuisance of wrapping and unwrapping.

Thanks, I ll do more “search” next time. I think though that appareil such as penimaster for stretching purpose is more convenient to exercise. For example, I can put it on in the office without being noticed, whereas the hanging session has to be done at the privacy.

Whats the difference between stretching and traction? I ware my “fastsize” device and it stretches my penis. I stretch my penis out and then lock it down in the fastsize, and it holds it for me.

I didn’t realize there was a difference between traction and stretching. :-k
