tunica stretching while hanging?

Whats a good way of doing this without employing an elaborate over the shoulder setup?

I have been using a steel bar placed underneath my shaft (and held up by my lap while sitting) to use as a fulcrum with a bib hanger, but I don’t feel a good tunica burn with this.

Should I keep doing this method or is it useless?

You do not need an elaborate setup with OTS or SO, unless you consider a rope extension to be elaborate.
