Side-to-side stretches, questions
So STS stretches, is there ONE way to do them?
Reason why I am asking is because I am uncut and noticed most people do them with their palms facing them, whereas I do them with my palms facing down/away.

What would be the optimal % of erection when performing STS stretches?
I have trouble maintaining my grip partly due to my hands fatiguing, but also my D shrinking after 10-12 reps, which makes it take a lot of time to just get a couple of reps in, my D shrinks, then have to jerk off a bit to get to around 50% erection, placing my grip then do 10 and start over again. Is it just a matter of getting used to?
I heard that people start off by 100, but I can barely do increments of 10 at the time or a bit more depending on how good of a grip I get. I try to aim for 120 reps in the morning and 120 reps in the evening, its currently my 3rd day since I started doing STS stretches.
If there is some smart way to grip around and under the glans without putting too much pressure on the frenulum and being able to do many reps at the time? I would also love to hear it if as I’m a bit paranoid of it getting damaged (have previously had cuts on the frenulum)
