silicone sleeve broke
So the silicone sleeve of my vacADS broke and I’m just waiting for new ones to get shipped in (just placed an order).
In the meantime, this means that I effectively can’t do my light hanging or ADS (I’m uncut so the vacuum-system is pretty much the only comfy thing). Any recommendations as to what exercises I can use to substitute in, or should I take this as a chance to do a short decon break?
Start: 5.50" x 4.60"
Now: 6.70" x 4.80" (Goal: 8.00" x 6.00")
