Been lurking and occasionally posting for a while now. Just wanted to start a newbie-ish convo about goals and expectations.

I’ve been doing PE off and on for at least 10 years. Mostly pumps, but I started extending with the Leluv 3-4 years ago. Along with Jelgs, stretches and night fowfers my regimen is chaotic at best. But I am starting to find more time to make a consistent schedule.

For me my ultimate goal is to be the size I am when I am in a pumping session, in the cylinder, no bigger.

I’m 6" when erect. By pressing a steel ruler just under my fat pad, at the base, into my ligs along the top of the shaft.

I need to measure girth, but I have a 1.75" tube and I get close to filling it during my regular sessions, I can completely fill the tube during extended sessions. I’m hitting 7" length in the tube. I pump between 10 and 15hg and it feels good, just some minor edema and little darkening under the skin, I can usually massage 75% of this away at the end of the session and I find manual shower sessions of jelqs alleviates much of it as well.

I use my extender 3-5 times a week for a 1-1.5 hours with a bloodflow break at 30 minutes. I usually do an hour extending session before my pump.

I use l-citrulline malate an hour before pumping.

FWIW: with my not-so-consistent note keeping I estimate I have gained 1/4 or maybe slightly more since started years ago. I have also long a lot of weight.

So here’s my noob question:
Can I expect to eventually be this size? I don’t want or need more. I just want to be the size I am in the tube at around 12hg after about 20 minutes into session. If this an attainable goal? Certainly I would know when I hit the goal, because I will size out of the tube at that point.

Thoughts. Guidance.

So you’re starting at 6 BPEL and want to be 7x5.5? It’s definitely a reasonable goal.

Of course, as you’ve figured out, consistency is required, as a cemented inch in length can take a while, even if you are consistent. Everyone is different so no telling how long, but even a reasonable volume of exercise done with consistency can get you there.

One thing you might consider is something with more tension prior to using your extender, like manual stretches or hanging for a shorter session, say 30 minutes total. Then use your extender as a way to keep a lower degree of tension over a longer duration. Unless you are using a high tension for your extender, as some people do, which would have a similar effect for the intense period, after which you could reduce the tension for a longer duration. But the point is to put some stress on the length for a bit, then keep it extended for a longer period. For most, this kind of approach is most effective for length.

Also figure out a method to incorporate heat during your session. It’s a big advantage.

I usually use heat in some way. I usually do my Jelqs and stretches in the hot shower or immediately after waking up when my junk is hot and loose from sleep. And yes, I use my extender with pretty high tension. I’m, for the most part, maxed-out in a stretch and going any further will start to pull my glans through the strap. I use the LeLuv (no springs) with the comfort strap and a short silicone sleeve just under the strap. I have tried the noose with no luck. Then I try to reenter the extender with a slight erection so I can get my head fat enough to hold in the strap. I only do 30 minutes at a time because my head gets cold and purple, so I take it off, massage, do some light jelqs to reintroduce circulation, I need to measure my extended length next session, I wonder if it would be considered high-tension, but I assume so. Sometimes I wear the extender in my workshop, but it’s hard at the higher tension.

I wonder if doing high tension extending would pair well with simply wearing a silicone sleeve around town. Like do the session in the AM then switch to the sleeve for errands or a few hours a day to keep the gains. I have yet to find one that fits well.

As for heat while pumping, I just got an IR LED heating pad that is the perfect size to wrap the tube while pumping. I usually take the pump into the shower to plump up and get set with the perfect pressure and fit with my manual pump. I then go into the bedroom to read or nap while I do 20 minutes with the LeLuv Smart pump. I set it for 2 minute holds at around 12hg. I have the tube propped up with a pillow so when it deflates and re pumps it resets properly. I usually use porn to keep a real erection going during the session. But sometimes I prefer the tube to do all the work and get a better pull, as apposed to going in hard.

I’ve also just stared doing the IR LED for 5-10 minutes after a session, because it feels good and I hear that it might help cement gains.

Consider adding 20 or 30 minutes of manual stretching after heating up and before extending. Straight down, up at different angles, between your legs if you have enough length to grasp. Hold for 30 seconds to 2 minutes and switch hands and/ or angles.

You’ll be surprised how much tension and elongation you can get with just your hands. In fact, be careful and don’t hurt yourself. If you have time and inclination to start your training with manual stretching followed by extending and then pumping you might get to your goal a bit faster. And even if it doesn’t help it will only cost you a little time each day.
