Hi, guys!

I would like to share with you something that is happening to me. I had gains (0.4” of length and 0.18” of girth) in these 3 months. However, I only get my “new” 6.7” BPEL and 4.93” of girth with maximum erection. I´m only about 6” NBPEL in that maximum erection. Sometimes during sex, my unit get´s “not so hard” in spite of being erected, and my size looks to be about 5.25” - 5.5” NBPEL…! :( Does this happens to you also, I mean, get a smaller erection level and reduce the size of your unit during sex?

Like I wrote in another thread, my morning erections are not strong. During sex this happens really sometime. I regulary masturbate or have sex (daily, depending of having company or not), plus PE…! Could this be a sign that my unit needs more rest?

I can only speak for myself. I gave myself a good rest and my erections were much harder and easier to obtain, more sensation on the penis head. Seems like you are doing a lot to your unit.

Try some giving it some rest.

Do you have sex more or masturbate more? How about starting with not masturbating. That might be enough.

Masturbation is my worst enemy to PE. PE + masturbation in close proximity of eachother seem to counteract gains. Don’t get down, it takes a while to figure this stuff out. I’ve been at for 5 months now about, and haven’t seen huge gains. But ANY GAIN is a sign its working for you. Take a week off.

I know years ago I PE’d for a couple months and got nothing from it, but I used to have sex or masturbate daily, so I believe it affected it, because the masturbation (orgasm) was mixed into the PE.

It seems one loses a little something doing back to back masturbation sessions. Try using a liter grip and stroke slower.

I agree with this completely. It seems to me that masturbating two hours before or two hours after a PE workout is a very bad idea. An ejaculation does reduce bloodflow to the penis. That’s why it’s so hard to maintain a hardon after you cum. Then on top of it you have the strain on the penis without any real contribution toward gains. Ideally I think trying to masturbate at most once every three days would be a great idea but that is hard.

My sexual activity is not regular, I mean, I have sex about 2 times for a week (several times) or 3 straight days full of it (depends of the person I´m with). So, masturbation is quite regular. Sometimes I have sex and wait 3 or 4 hours to PE, to keep the schedule of the routine…

It´s very difficult to me not to have sex or masturbate daily, but I´m trying to avoid it (masturbation). One thing I notice, is when I do PE after having sex or masturbate, I easily do stretches, but, to maintain a 50-70% erection to jelq is harder. When I spend sometime with no sex or masturbation, stretches are harder (I easily get erected) and jelq is easier. I always keep in mind that masturbation is a kind of “enemy” of PE gains.

Also my 0.7” of fat pad is anoying me quite much! 0.7” of “hidden” penis is a waste…! Honestely, I really can´t tell if that´s fat pad or a big amout of skin of the scrotum. I even think that it is increasing with stretches…

A 0.7” fat pad is not really so bad…it’s tough to find many guys with less than 0.5.” The fat pad is on TOP of your shaft, so it shouldn’t be skin from your scrotum.

It would be nice to get the fat pad down a little though, that alone would be motivating.

The way you just described that is exactly the way it is for me to.

Try doing a lot of kegels. Nothing better for erection hardness and staying power. Try it

I agree with pwpp do kegels. Like most people here are saying cut back on the masturbation and personally I would never cut back on sex for PE.

I usually have sex every morning and wait at least 6 hours (usually more) before doing PE. I don’t think PE’ing after sex or masturbation is good but that is just my personal opinion. On the other hand I have no issues with having sex after PE’ing.
