Heyy thanks again guys for the warm welcome and words of encouragement. I promise to read as much as I can so I don’t annoy anyone with questions that have already been answered here in the forum. :D
I’m trying out a “2-day split newbie routine” just to kind of personalize my workout lol! Here it is:
Day 1: Jelq (5 mins hot wrap, 10mins jelq, 5mins hot wrap) + 50 kegels
Day 2: Manual stretches (5mins, ten 30-sec stretches) + 50 kegels
*Repeat*
I plan to do this for the next 30 days and see if I could get any results. I’m having second thoughts on the stretches since I’m pretty content with my erect length. I don’t think I would like my tool to be longer than NBPEL 6.5”, but I would do anything for girth!
