Just wondering if anyone has any input on sleeping patterns and if they may affect blood flow/erections during sleep. I’ve got Peyronie’s and have been sleeping sideways, with my legs touching as it seems the most comfortable and least harming to my junk. I used to sleep face down before but I don’t think that’s a great idea now. I know sleeping on our backs legs apart is probably the best option but I’ve never been a back sleeper. Have tried searching around the web but never got a direct answer for penile affected sleep patterns. Thanks for reading

When I do sleep, I lay on my left side. I pull my boys behind my legs (legs are touching) as to not crush them and I pull my unit forward. Most of the night, my wife ssys, I sleep on my back.

My problem is sleep, though. For nearly 30ys, I survived on a max of four hours. As I got older, it got worse. At my peak, I would go seven days without sleep. I looked like death, could not concentrate and had hallucinations.

A year ago, I tried to remedy the problem with very little luck. I tried Ambien (max dosage) but was walking and talking the whole night. I tried three others (max dosages) that did nothing.

So, here I am in my 50s with little to no sleep wishing one day I would have morning wood like when I was a teen.

Go to a sleep clinic and get tested. You might have sleep apnea and not even know. It’s important.

The body will find a position that it is comfortable with while you sleep and it has no effect on your penis at all.

Okay right on I’ll continue to sleep on my sides just was worried it may be harmful in the long run
