Slow Gains?

I don’t have an equipment like pumps or stretchers so I will be doing everything by hand. Manual stretching, and jelqing. Will this slow the amount of gains I can achieve in a shorter period of time? Basically, will it take me longer to see an results? Also, a little side note, how often should I measure for gains?

I’m an avid manual stretcher, but I recommend supplementing with a pump. So, yes, you will slow gains by only using one method.

All gains come slowly.
