That’s right!! I’m only 20 years old but I smoke a pack a day but I consider quitting but it damn hard.

You can say that again, grodeek. I smoked for about 13 years. About a pack and a half a day. I quit cold turkey, but you have to want it. If there is not sincerity to quit you won’t do it, period. It’ll be 6 years this summer. Coincidently my daughter will be 6 this year. You can say she was my motivation. I want to be around to see my great grandchildren.

Actually smoking will radically improve your PE success. Smoking attacks vitamin C. Check for all the threads on mimising vitamin C to encourage gains.

Probably the best smoking rouitne for PE is

10 cigarettes
1/2 hr break
Morning PE session
30-40 cigarettes
1/2 hr break
Evening PE session
20 cigarettes

I’m 26.

I just quit smoking a month ago, after smoking two packs a day for 6 years almost.
I really think it had a terrible impact on my penis, although I had length gains (I’m 22cm Bone Pressed today). My dick just doesn’t look as veiny and strong as it used to be. I hope I’ll recover with time and jelqing.

That’s my experience.

I have such a problem with smoking.I don’t understand why someone would want to smoke because A=tastes like shit B=destroys your lungs(lung cancer) c=makes you smell and fingers yellow D=kissing a smokers like licking a ash tray E=for what benefit to you is it.There’s no point.your health,breathing,blood circulation e.t.c will all get better if you stop.

Like a lot of things here, it’s a theory. A lot of people who chain smoke have gained well, and the vit-C portion of the theory isn’t mine it’s way more reputable (in theory) than that.

If you can smoke and have good circulation, that’s got to be a good deal.

Cap, I like to suck on all my used filters before going to bed just to be sure I destroy any lurking Vitamin C I may have accidentally ingested.
