Some advice on Pain needed

Sometimes I get dull shooting pains at the base of my dick. They don’t last long. Does anyone else get these? I’m thinking they’re just like growing pains from streching? Please put my mind at ease.

Also I thought I may have had a thrombosed vein but now I don’t think so it seems farily even, no hard lumps perhaps its just a big elastic like vein. When I keegle with erection it’s like I can feel the pressure of the blood rushing through. So is this thrombosis. I must mention that I have a pc muscle to give the Incredible Hulk a complex. Don’t know if this will affect anything.

I did stop for two weeks to see if anything changed in the dick it didn’t. Am I just being a Hypochondriac?

My routine now is just 5m warm up, 5mins stretch, 15mins Jelq and 5 mins warm down. 5 days a week

Previously before taking a two week break my routine was

15min’s warm up
15mins stretch
30mins Jelq
15mins squeeze (with some ulis)
15mins warm down

4 times a week

Wow, very long time of warm up/down. I make it only 4-5 minutes.
I felt also some pains at the base when I stretched to hard.

Do you experience these pains while doing your routine, or between routines - or both?

Both. I’m thinking there might be a thrombosed vein there. I Have located a big elastic band I think the pain is from the vein running into the base of the dick. Massaged it and this seemed to help. Though a big hard-on seemed to bring it back.
I thought I was assumed the elastic vein was like some super vein to furnish my cock with extra blood.

Is a thrombosed vein really that bad? I wouldn’t say the pain is severe. I will stop my routine (I think) - yes I MUST. Can I still have a stretch? I don’t see what harm this could do?

The Golden Rule of PE: Pain is bad. Give yourself a few days of complete rest from PE. It won’t hurt your progress at all.

Your body is telling you to ease up. So, ease up. Slowly start back into your routine when you are no longer feeling pain.
There is no easier way to miss out on gains than to suffer an injury.

Don’t even stretch during your time off. Don’t touch your dick all, beyond perhaps some very mild massage of the thrombosed area.

This veing may take weeks to heal completely, unfortunately. Tough it out and learn your lesson: Ease into your routine more slowly next time.

AAAh does nearly everyone have this horrible lesson? And it was going so well.
