Now I’m just curious but can you increase your amount of sperm that comes when we ejaculate?
And then is this routine good what I do at the moment:
3-5min warmup
5 to 10 mins stretching
Around 5mins Plumped Bend
150 jelq
50 jelq holds
1min massage
3-5min warmup
Now is that a good routine for starters?
