I came across PE back in the summer of 2018, and between that time and the summer of 2020, I would do some manual stretches, extending, hanging, and pumping fairly regularly. At one point I got up to doing 18lbs during hanging sessions. But I never experienced significiant gains. I mean - at times my flaccid hang would be longer and fuller, and my erect length maybe increased by 1/4-1/2 inch at times, but it was very inconsistent and at times felt like I was going backwards and wasting time.

A couple months ago I decided to take a different approach. I went down to 2.5lbs on the hanger. I committed myself to first and foremost improving the health of my penis. I wanted to make sure that my penis was as soft and squishy and pliable as possible at all times, especially before and after hanging. I started doing very long periods of heating to warm up and soften the tissues before during and after hanging. And every time I showered I would do flaccid gelging to massage and soften the tissues as much as possible.

Well, immediately my flaccid hang improved and my EQ improved. And after around two months, I am only up to 5lbs hanging, and I am continuing to focus on penile health and making the tissue and soft and squishy as possible at all times. And I measured again for the first time in months.

Before, my NBPEL was around 5.5, sometimes even just 5, and I was very happy if I could ever approach 6 with the BPEL measurement. I felt like a solid BPEL of 6 would place my firmly in the “average” range - and would thus alleviate my insecurities about being small.

Last night, I measured and my BPEL was 7, and my NBPEL was 6.

While this is still small compared to what some of you guys are packing, for the first time in my life I felt like I truly had an at least “good sized”, or even somewhat moderately “big” cock (since “average” is “supposed” to be somewhere between 5.5 and 6.5).

Anyway, with my new position at work, I have several hours free to myself every afternoon that I can dedicate to hanging and still have time for exercising at the gym, preparing for work the next day, etc. I plan on continuing to use this technique of emphasizing the softness and squishiness of the tissues and just going very slowly and being satisfied with very small but consistent gains. It seems to be the secret.

What I would say is that it seems the penis tissue responds best when it is kept in the most squishy, soft, stretchy, mushy, pliable state possible.

And that keeping it in that state requires a lot of warm massages, very slow incremental increases in tension, plenty of warmth on the tissues to keep them soft during hanging, etc

But I think it’s probably true that the guy who keeps the penis mushy warm soft and squishy while doing 10 hours of hanging per day is probably going to have better results than the guy who only does 30 minutes per day.

Again, this is assuming he is doing everything he can to focus entirely on increasing the squishyness, the mushyness, and the soft stretchy pliability of the penis tissues.

That seems to be central and vitally important part of it.

you went from below average to above average

from small to big

That’s the thing with hanging. People tend to add weight way too fast. With hanging rather add time than weight. Guys have pulled trucks with their 5 inch dicks after training for years for it. Adding weight causes stronger ligaments. By heating properly and going low weight with more time, you gradually stretch your ligs over time. Going heavy will only result in short strong ligaments that are very resistant to stretching. word of warning to all that want to try hanging. Go light weight and heavy time. Not the other way around. Did my hanging years ago. Gained what I could out of it. Now on to other things. Good luck on your journey.
