Someone please shed some light on this for me

For over a year now I’v had these tiny little cuts on the underside of my penis, close to the glans, but about 2cm before the head.

It’s painless during PE and sex but I have no idea how they got there.

It’s almost invisable to the naked eye, unless inspected very close up and the skin is stretched. Then the little cuts are more apparent, only about 1 or 2mm in length. The total area where the cuts are is no more than a few mm long\wide. The worse thing is they never heal, they are always there.

I only started PE 3 weeks ago but the tiny cuts have been there over a year. And there was no acident or anything to cause it.

I’v even been to a dermatologist who gave me a cream which didn’t help.

Any ideas?

They might be old hair follicle holes that have stretched over time with PE, I have a few tiny slits on the underside of my shaft similar to that…they don’t resemble ‘cuts’ per se, just crevices that have elongated over time…
