My first work out was really light, I decided to take it easy into the first two weeks. I did a warm up around 5 minutes in the shower with some cloth wrapping, but mostly just running hot water over my dick. Then I went on to 10 jelqs, and 20 kegals after that ending it with a warm down.

My dick has been pretty sore since yesterday, it is defiantly better now than it was last night. Last night the soreness was pretty intense and I thought I had broken my shit. You just aid it. You need to jelq with a lower erection, and it has nothing to do with the kegels.

Hmm impressive. I say you are on the right track. You want to feel like its a workout but not to where youre in pain. I like to use the word “exhausted” ..is what your penis should feel like. Try lessening the force youre using by 15-20% maybe

I’m not completely certain if these are the facts so don’t quote me on this but personally I think being sore is a good sign . Getting sore easily could mean gaining more easily long as you not in pain. Somebody tell me if I’m wrong but if I were you id be pretty optimistic about it. I have a hard time achieving a sore feeling although I am making gains

Well I mean I’m not sure if I could consider it “harsh pain” but it sure as fuck dosent feel good. I’m almost certain I stressed a vein too much. I regret getting that blow job, I think it did more harm than good. I’m still uncomfortable and can’t get my mind off it. So if there is anything that can ease it let me know
