Sore after first work out
My first work out was really light, I decided to take it easy into the first two weeks. I did a warm up around 5 minutes in the shower with some cloth wrapping, but mostly just running hot water over my dick. Then I went on to 10 jelqs, and 20 kegals after that ending it with a warm down.
My dick has been pretty sore since yesterday, it is defiantly better now than it was last night. Last night the soreness was pretty intense and I thought I had broken my shit. But my girlfriend came over today and offered me a blow job, I would have said no to let my dick rest but I honestly wanted to make sure I could still get hard. She got me rock hard so I know for sure thats a good sign and I also didn’t feel sore during the act. I’m taking a break and restarting after about two or three days of no soreness.
Honestly I think my penis was too hard when I did the jelqs, but I am also wondering if I did the kegals wrong. Its that muscle that you can use to bounce your dick up and down when its hard right? Either way when I restart I’m am going to be overly cautious taking it super light with the grip and making sure I’m at around a 50% erection. Any feedback and tips on how to relieve the soreness would be great.
