Issue I had in some of my previous experiences with PE .. My hands, as I would go through the routine, would gradually become stiff and sore, making it hand to create an effective grip .. This often make the routine slow, and, I fear, ineffective.

Anything I can do to prevent the soreness/stiffness?

Do you include heat in your workouts?

Maybe try some hand dexterity exercises as a warmup before your PE.

First and mainly, don’t squeeze so hard. It is not only hard on your hands, it is also too much pressure for your cock.

Once you start using less hand pressure, if they still get tired while jelqing, it is perfectly OK to stop for 30 seconds or so and shake them out.
