Soreness In Glans And Entire Underside Of Penis From Hanging

The area is very sensitive and I can’t use anyway near the weight I’d otherwise be able to and I’ve had to take time off again. I can feel a tingling down there with out even doing anything and I’m frequently having to scratch the area, ejaculations are a lot more intense as a plus but I need to continue hanging. The weight I got up to was only about 4lbs, I’ve been doing PE and hanging on and off for quite a while now and have not made any progress and just keep going until something gives in, usually a skin tear of some kind. I really thought I had it figured out this time with the setup and investing in new gear and stuff but now this has happened, really frustrated. To be honest I haven’t been doing any all day stretching but I’m not too enthusiastic about investing another $100 in an all day stretcher just to hit another wall, take time off and not make any progress. Any advice on what I should do is much appreciated, thanks.

I have no hanging experience whatsoever but if you are doing it to the point of if injury something is for sure wrong, like too much time or weights.

What type of hanger are you using?

If compression, how do you wrap?

If vacuum, do you use any lube?

etc.

Using total man compression hanger. Silicone sleeve with bandage over the top. I use canola spray oil since I just had it lying around.
