Soreness in Penis.

Just so you know a different perspective Bill: I like the feeling of soreness in the areas you mentioned. Right near the base on the sides and top of penis. This area being sore tells me I`m stretching that area and effectively pulling and stretching the penis. I`ve gained length and I actually get worried when that soreness isn`t there. Some people say yay and some people say nay. Just make sure your eq is alright and take that mild soreness as a good sign.

Many members agree with this line of thinking, so you have to decide who to listen to, and remember that everyone responds to different stimuli differently.

I had thought about that actually. I think I’m going to start back a little sooner than I had originally planned. Several people have told me to “listen to my pens” and right now all seems well. I’ll keep ya informed.

I have been considering doing half of my PE in the morning and half in the evening, this way I spread out the normal stress of PE over the whole day. This would give my dick some time to rest in between sessions. Anyone out there think this is a bad idea or could this be a possible solution to my problem.

Hi, I have similar case with you in stretching,

everytime I stretching will decrease my EQ,

I only do jelq yes it has a bit sore but the EQ is so good

Again rest shouldn’t be an issue as long as you can get hard. Splitting things up will actually keep you from healing, which is good for your length gains.

It delves into the science briefly and more importantly it’s practical implication. In a soundbyte - a slight stretch is useless as it doesent do sh*t. An extreme stretch is again useless as it might either cause rupture or condition the ligs etc to get firmer without gains (which seems to be what you are dealing with, definitely happened to me at some point). A medium stretch (now finding the sweet spot is entirely up to you and would come with practice.) would put enough pressure on the collagen tissues and when done consistently would increase elasticity to meet the new altered state also triggering the micro tears and the needed soreness. This of course was my take on the thread. I would highly recommend you give it a read and decide for yourself so you stretch incorporate stretching in your routine in a meaningful way. thanks for the quote, its definitely useful.
but in my case, I got firmed and decrease EQ with a really low force and short time, it’s like 30sec x 9 directions, even sometime I only jelq for 10 mins, it is slightly firmed.
but still, I gained 0.2cm per month with the stretching routine,
I ‘m not sure should I continue stretch or not,
but my EQ increases a lot without stretching.
