Is a little bit of soreness normal when starting with an extender? I only wore my phallosan forte for 3 hours yesterday and I am a tiny bit sore today. Should I take a day off or is it a sign I should keep going?

Slight soreness is ok, pain is not. You are getting conditioned to the new activity. Your decision on continue or rest, but I’d think continuing on would be ok.

I’ve done penis pumping on and off for a number of years. No real routine or anything. But I am very used to pumping. Another question I have is do I need to tape my glans? The protector caps that came with the phallosan are way to small and squeeze my glans too much. After wearing the the phallosan for 3 hours last night(it came off once) I had barely any type of swelling in my glans and I didn’t wear one of the caps.

Also I seem to in-between sizes for the vac bells. The large slipped off but my glans seems to “pack” a good bit of the medium bell. Is it safe to use the medium bell anyways?

It’s OK. You may also feel odd pops or stings in the shaft or glans when you start out; that’s normal. At least, that’s what happned to me.

Check every now and then today, and if you get more sore than yesterday, you can stop there and work up a little more every day if you want. You’re in it for the long haul, there’s no need to power through discomfort. You’ll get used to it eventually.

Run your fingers over your glans and feel for incipient blisters each time you remove the device; if you have any overly-sensitive spots you might want to skip a day rather than risk a blister.

If you dick is used to pumping, you should be fine without the tape. As long as you take the device off for a few minutes every hour or so.

Soreness in the shaft is normal and a good sign, IMHO.

Soreness where the device attaches is a negative side effect and potentially an indicator of injury.

Yeah it was in the shaft. I took a few days off and I’m back it now. Have it on now actually

Seems like it gets a little sore every couple days so I take a day or two off to let it feel better then get back to the extender. Is it bad to do it on and off like that?

Just wondering if not going for more days back to back impedes progress and makes even trying pointless or something. I’m very new to this and I don’t wanna mess up my dick. So I’m taking it super easy

I just power through soreness. If it gets worse then take some time off.

I stretch at night before bed. And it’ll be sore in the morning but doesn’t usually last the day. Usually by the time I need to do stretching again it feels fine. Also I’m only doing about 3 hours a day right. Trying to work up to longer times.

soreness question part 2

So I’ve been doing PE for a little over 2 months now. And I have a little bit of soreness. Like a low grade soreness that’s kinda always in the back ground. I recognize that soreness after stretching or pumping is normal but should I still be sore the next day or 2 days later? Is this just par for the course of PE? Or should I give it a week or so off? All input is welcome and appreciated
