Stagnation again
Hi guys, I haven’t been here for a long time and starting from mid-winter I faced our widely spreaded trouble of stagnation of growth.
I don’t appreciate idea of going into some "extreme" PE techniques, but would like to get some advices. Either my ideas here are viable or it is time wasting.
Previous summer I was fighting off my bad EQ with "AM", but then work-n-so on got on me. So I stopped PE from August till December.
In December I was doing primarily stretching exercise 10 minutes EVERY DAY for whole month.
Then from January till late February my exercises lost their consistency, so it was like 2-4 times per week.
Since mid-March I’m trying to get back to consistent exercises, BUT - there is barely 1-2 mm of gains as yet :/ From my August 2018 size.
I go now primarily after length gains, that’s why I do only stretching. My techniques didn’t change much and as they just same as I have described in my thread in previous year (Improvements in Newbie Routine for length gains and much MORE!)
Technically they are not very different from our video-guides here, but simultaneously I do not stretch as "statically" as on video.
So, my thoughts at moment:
1) I don’t gain due to not enough dedication and time spent on exercises. So, that if I enlarge my exercises to 20-30 minutes per day - I would be getting something noticeable for whole month of exercises.
2) I don’t gain due to same technique used now for almost….2 years I think? So, I have to stretch….somehow other way, but I wonder what other way is possible at the moment xDD
1st) Before knowing PE ----------------- 14.0 cm length (5.51 inch), 11 cm girth (4.33 inch)
2nd) PE-like exercises for 3 months -- 16.0 cm length (6.30 inch), 12 cm girth (4.72 inch)
