Stagnation in the growth

Hi everyone. I’m 26 years old guy from Ukraine. I take an increase my penis more than 1 year. My results are: about 2cm in length and 1cm girth.

My starting size was: about 16 cm NBPEL and 16-16.5 NBPFSL. Did not measured other parameters

What I have now:

BPEL 20cm

BPFSL 21.3 cm

NBPEL 18 cm

NBPFSL 19.2 cm

What I did:

I’ve been wearing the extender for almost a year. After stagnation in the growth began to do jelq, I do already 4 months, which also gave some increase by several millimeters. Now again, stagnation. What do you recommend doing with such parameters as me? Again wearing an extender or a vascular program?
