standard OK grip jelq. Need advice!
Hi Everyone.
I have been doing mostly (90% of the time) over-hand jelq. I used to just do wet jelq, but I discovered recently that dry jelq actually works very well for me as well.
I find over-hand (palm down) allows me to grip near the base for a more thorough jelq. I tried standard position (palm up) but it just doesn’t seem that effective. I can’t start from the base. I read on tutorial that standard grip jelqing upward can work on tunical, which is hard to stretch. I would like to incorporate that in my routine.
I know some of you find standard grip much easier. Can you tell me how you do it? (especially when it comes to jelqing the base?)
