Standard vs. Overhand

I just started my newbie routine and was wondering, which jelqing method

Do you think is more effective, especially for gaining length? Standard or

Overhand?

I don’t think that any method is better for gains but I use the over hand grip because I find it safer to do since it mainly places pressure on the sides and not on the top where it could damage some nerves. Also, it would be best if you read around the forum for a bit before you actually start PEing, and make sure you check out the newbie routine.:)

Yep, it’s just a matter of personal preference. Stick with whatever suits you.

By the way, you may be picked up on your habit of inserting intermittent line breaks into your posts, so it may be wise to kick it. The spelling and grammar police are out in abundance here.
