Should I start?

Guys I would like to take some questions related to penis enlargement, I am twenty years old and I would like to have a bigger member, not because of third parties, but because of my own well-being. With that I have some questions related to this subject. I started about a week ago, the first time on jelq, I really felt that the vascularity and the power of the erection increased in the first training, but, I think I did it in a very intense way for the first time, because I felt a pain until that great in a part of the base, I gave a week of rest practically and yesterday I resumed the exercises of 25 minutes of jelq only this time not so strong. I would like to know, if only with jelq is it possible to permanently increase the size of the penis? Are the gains really permanent? And if so, approximately how long will the results begin to appear?

I’ve tried stretching for a while, but I don’t think I had any results, or they were very minimal.

Can I make “newbie gains” if I’ve been hanging Over the Chair for years? I don’t think I ever did the newbie routine and am wondering if I took a de conditioning break and started the newbie routine; OTS; and water pumping I would make some gains, because I’ve been hitting a plateau… even with the phallosan and hanging everyday.

The newbie routine is meant to prepare you for doing more advanced exercises and focusing on your preferred PE methods. But since you already have established your preferred methods and have been doing them fo sometime now, doing the newbie routine would be kinda pointless. But you never know what might get you out of a slump either. Since the newbie routine has a lot of stretches and jelqing exercises, the change of pace might just activate some new gains, but they wouldn’t be “newbie gains”. They would just be hell yeah, I got some gains from a change of pace! :)


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hey y’all I’ve known about thunders place for awhile now and I want to start PE but I don’t really want to do the newbie routine since I’ve heard bad things about stretching and jelqing. Do you guys think buying a pump is a good substitution? I’m open to any opinion.

I started pumping for an ED prevention activity and then came to Thunders afterwards. I’ve had successful gains from pumping, but have often wondered if I would have had better gains if I had learned/started with something like the the newbie routine. Many guys have had success with the newbie routine and as a preperatory activity for moving to more complex PE exercises. And by the way, any PE activity has risk especially if done incorrectly or one gets in a hurry.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Thank you I appreciate the reply and it’s nice to hear that you had nice gains from pumping. I saw your stats and I was wondering if you accomplished those length gain from pumping.

How can I do for this? My penis size is about 12-13cm(maybe more than 13cm BPEL, I think)My goal is about 19.7cm.What should I do? I mean:Can somebody guide for me? I have did exercise since June 23th,2021.But I have no gain.Why? I know I must be so hardworking to achieve my goal.
