The best explination I can give is that you contract the muscles behind your penis and testicles. Using those muscles will help you move your penis up and down. Let me know if you can find it. :) Doing them properly literally cause knee bending orgasms.

So I finally got myself to start. Not even sure I got how to do kegels but I decided to start without them, safe to say it looks much harder to me than I’ve though. Don’t think I’ve done it right but I had to start to see my mistakes:

So for the hot wrap, I wasn’t sure if the water was hot enough, I put the sink on max hot but should it be so hot you can’t touch it with a finger or normal very hot? My dick is horribly small when flaccid so it was hard to wrap it around but I think I did 5 mins or whatever.

Then the manual stretches. Damn, again the nightmare of a small dick, its really small when flaccid and its a terrible pain doing stretches when flaccid. I pulled in each direction for 5 mins in total but wasn’t sure on how strong my pull should be, should it be as hard as I can?

Then the jelqing. Titleist the OG told me ”do C Grip jelqing for 10 minutes only, trust me” so I did it. Do you think that’s a good advice or I should do all kinds of jelqs? The problem here was that after the first excercises my penis was shattered and left on no energy basically. Even porn could barely get it on. I had this weird experience in the past when trying to masturbate after a long day and my dick wouldn’t fill with blood or whatever because it would go longer in length to almost its max but not in girth wtf? It was really hard to do C grip jelqs on my dead little penis for 10 minutes, I was sweating like a pig. Can jelqing be put first before the manual stretches? Also, can I have some little breaks per let’s say 50 jelqs for like a minute or two? What should my ideal erection % be if I’m targeting length?

Don’t see how I can ever reach the 10 mins of pulling and 30 mins of jelqing after 6 weeks if I can’t have breaks. It was really hard to maintain an erection during jelqing too. Don’t think I did well today but I had to start and see what it was all about. Any advice from experienced members would be greatly appreciated.

Slow down. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Listen to your penis.

The first 6 months of your PE journey should be entirely to familiarize yourself with how your penis responds to different stresses and strains that PE places on it.

You should do the newbie routine, and start carefully, without a lot of force and slowly work your way up to more intense force while looking for positive neutral and negative PIs.
Concentrate on your form and the quality of each repetition rather than on numbers.
The slower you perform each jelq, the better. Try to work up to 10seconds per jelq. Be especially careful with the intensity of your grip when jelqing and don’t do it close to 100% erect, or you will be heading to an injury quickly.

You should be resting between stretches to give your penis time to re-circulate blood to the glans that you were just gripping with a death grip… btw, don’t have a death grip, use the least amount of strength that won’t slip, and don’t pull as hard as you can, pull enough to feel the internal tissues get nice and stretched but so that it doesn’t hurt.

When someone says 5 minutes total of stretching in all directions, they mean individual stretches each lasting ~30secs or longer, that together add up to 5 minutes, not that you should do them all back to back so that you may fit them into the 5 minute time frame.

Personally, I like at least 30 seconds between each stretch.
Jelqs are done back to back, but you can and should take a break every 30 seconds to a couple of minutes, plus or minus your experience and unique physiology.

Unfortunately, everyone’s penis is different, and that’s why above all else, you need to learn your own physiology in order to be successful in PE.
So, if you rush to just do more instead of learning yourself, you will fail and have setback after setback.

That’s a positive thing but that’s how I can describe a newbie coming on here, there’s way too much information and I’m getting stressed literally that I’m missing out on something so my question would be: ”is there anything else I need to know apart from the newbie routine”? Is there anything else I should know or be doing in my first few months?

Regarding the routine itself, it’s been a rough start for me. I’ve got the worst dick in the world. To be perfectly honestly, I’m really NOT enjoying jelqing. Stretching is alright although I think I’ve been doing it wrong so far before spotting my mistake (I think I’ve been pulling at the wrong spot, English is not my first language so I don’t know the terms but I’ve been pulling at the beginning of the penis, not the head but the opposite, and now I see the guy on the videos is pulling the head). Is that how it should be? As for the stretches themselves, I’m not doing the clockwise thing he’s doing because someone else suggested I do the following: 30 secs left, right, upwards, downwards, forward, done twice. Is that good enough, amounts to 5 minutes in total? My only other question here would be, how hard should I be pulling really? It’s a bit hard for me because it should be done while erect and my erect size is depressingly small, I’m unsure on how hard I should be pulling that thing.

And as for the jelqs.. They really aren’t my thing unfortunately. So not only do I have a really weak, small penis but I also have this thing called forcyde spots or whatever, horrible, white dots all around my penis. Many people say they’re common and nothing bad however I call BS to that frankly or maybe their case is a lot less severe than mine. I’ve got way too many of them and now I’m not talking about the cosmetic issue but they HELP with jelqing feeling even worse for me, not only is it that small when trying to jelq but touching those spots makes me even more uncomfortable. People say I’ve got to do at least 3 seconds but if I want to do that I should be taking some stops because the thing when flaccid is extremely small, once again. Should I be going EXTREMELY slow, turtle pace, almost like stopping at times? I’m not even sure I’m getting the right % of erection, I’m targeting length but I’m unsure if I’m getting 40-50% or smaller, again, a pain. To do 200 jelqs.. I wouldn’t be able to do it without rest. How should I space them up in your opinion? Do 50, rest for X minutes, then another 50? How long should the rest be though? And last, I followed a popular member’s advice to ONLY do the C grip jelq, kinda smart because the thing is pretty small and it’d be hard to use both hands as the other jelqing methods advise. The video is really old though and quite confusing so two questions here - Where do I stop? Just before reaching the head, is that correct? The other question is a bit weird, don’t even know how to express it but on the C grip video, as for the grip, I see where his thumbs stand on the penis but what about the index fingers - are they supposed to be touching the penis or are those index fingers of his ‘closed’ and basically his finger bone pulling upwards? Hope someone understood that one. Oh, forgot another dumb question for the C Grip - should my fingers be positioned as wide on the penis as possible or am I trying to move it upwards through the middle of the penis?

Upon correcting my mistake with stretching and now putting my grip on my head, it seems impossible to stretch now because my hand keeps slipping away! My flaccid is super small and I can’t pull for more than 5 seconds before my hand slips away? I don’t seem to be able to generate a lot of power this way either! Does it really matter how I pull in terms of where actually, I felt a lot more comfortable pulling when my grip was at the beginning of my penis instead of now where it’s on my head!

You don’t want to jelq while completely erect. Masturbate all you want. Many limit masturbation.

Hi, I’m fairly new to PE and I’ve trolled here the past couple days before making a list of things I’m planning on getting in the coming weeks.

I wanted to make a jelq device, since I don’t trust my hands and I don’t have a good gauge on consistent pressure. I also wanted to get a pump (either water or air, but something I can hide due to me living with my folks and having a kiddo 1/2 time) to help get some good gains.

One newbie question I had was, can I use a heating pad to do the warm up?

Think you mean lurked rather than trolled? Think you can use anything as long as it’s not too hot. I use one of the microwave rice sock things.

Yeah I’m used to saying trolled rather than lurked, even though I don’t troll haha. Okay I’ll have to test out the heat settings on it before I put it on my junk.

Guys.. What’s the solution if your goddamned peanut is too small to stretch? It becomes the smallest it can get after the hot wrap as I’ve noticed, after shower it’s usually the worst, it shrinks like a f’ing bean.. I can’t apply proper pressure to that and my hand slips off max 5 seconds after I try to pull it :( what should I do? When I was doing stretches wrong (basically starting to pull from the opposite side, the beginning of the penis) I could last 30 seconds of pulling but I think that’s the wrong way to do it as my grip should be on the head. Getting so discouraged :(
