Many posts have several acronyms. I there a list of definitions on this site? How long before one is not considered a newbie?

Had to re-(re-)re-find this page (really I mean that.3 times or maybe more quite possibly)

I think I’ll try to do the Routine but I’m almost 23 now and I remember back in high school (idk what year.. Maybe 2nd year of it) I had started jelqing in the shower and I think over those 2 or 3 years of doing jelqing every so often that jelqing alone helped me get to nearly ~7” EL and 5” EG.

On the basis that I can in fact stick to the specified routine here then I really do look forward to serious gains over the next 6/12 months and beyond!

Can I use a penis extender before or after exercises. Why does my penis look like a lollipop when done. Or the bottom front kinda hangs further down right behind head. Any help

If this is your first time doing PE we recommend starting with the newbie routine and adding equipment later after you have become more acquainted with PE.

It’s fairly important as you do not want to jelq at 100% erection. Too low of an erection and you will not get the internal expansion for the gains you may be looking for. As a total beginner aim for 40%+ and feel it out. I wouldn’t go over 80% for awhile.

Not for jelqing but for your sex life.

Starting Off With Size

I’m just wondering if already being decently large will cause growth numbers to also be larger than most reported. I have been interested in partaking in PE but have for the most part opted to be lazy and put it off (Consistency has not been there). Currently I am 8.75 BPEL and 6 Girth. I suppose that mostly depends on amount of flaccid to erect increase. For most people it’s same and around 1.5-2 inches. People with 4 flaccid have 6 erect, people with 6 flaccid have 8 erect. But some people have lower number, in rare cases flaccid = erect size, it just becomes hard. They probably have close to zero gains from PE. And some people have 3-4 inches difference. This is quite significant indicator of elasticity, and we mostly gain because of stretching it. There are also some small gains from tissue around the base of the penis. We can stretch connection to pubic bone and push more of inner part outside.

New To PE And This Community

Hey all , new here just trying to work out the rules of the forum and where I can post things and ask questions without stepping on anyone’s toes, I’ll give you a brief insight into when I started or. It was about 5 years ago , I bought a bathmate pump and a male edge extender, I only got to use the pump for about a week . This being that the extender I was using was defective and put too much stretch on my penis, what happened next was a slight sharp pain then I took the extender off straight away , my erection got extremely hard and would not go down for about an hour it was so hard it became painful. I then noticed I couldn’t feel any sensation like it was numb, once it did go down it went way down and shriveled up and my shaft was hard but I was flaccid. Left my junk alone for about 2 weeks and everything went back to normal thankfully.

I’m now 4 years in the future and have wanted to get back into PE so I brought another bathmate pump and have been using it for roughly a month and a half. And have just started doing some jelqing after my Bathmate sessions mainly v jelqs as I’m going for girth mainly as my length is 7”. Girth started at 4.5” and I’m now at 4.8” is this the results I should be seeing good/bad? I only started doing the jelqs after my sessions about a week ago and I find it makes my hang better and feel more supple and soft , it also stays girthier and longer when I do jelq afterwards. I’ve been using max out lotion to jelq with. Would like to meet some knowledgeable mates on here so message me because I’ve got a couple of questions I’d like to ask 👍🏻

Can't do manual stretch because penis is erect

I find that my penis gets hard pretty easily from touching it. So for example after the hot wrap, I’ll be erect, and this makes it impossible for the manual stretch that’s supposed to come after. Waiting a few minutes for it to go down doesn’t help, because as soon as I touch it again, such as trying to stretch it even, it’ll go erect again. What is recommended in this case? Thanks in advance.

Same happens with me and getting partially distracted works for me, like watching videos, movies or listening to music. If I focus on my penis while stretching, won’t take long to become erect.

Gains From Newbie Routine

Hey everyone!

New here, just wondering how much can one gain from the newbie routine? I’m currently 5.25, 5.5 erect on a good day. Goal is 7. Is that attainable by using the newbie routine for like a year or two?

I’m currently on an iPhone using safari (for reference), but if you look at the drop down menu underneath your user name then you will find a “stats” button. Once you click on that it will show you a couple of acronyms (along with what they stand for in parentheses) and you can actually keep track of changes you have during your PE journey relatively easy. There is also on that page more stats that you can add and they also have the explanation to the acronyms. I’m sure there are other acronyms on the site, but usually you can find the answer to what they are in the thread somewhere. Hope this helps!

I feel like you progress from being a newbie after reading on here everyday for a couple of weeks. Overall this site is awesome and it doesn’t make me feel like my stuff is instantly going to get a virus which is appreciated, and it is all good to be a newbie.

Question regarding the jelqing videos

Hi guys,

I’ve done irregular jelqing in the past and I want to get back at it using the newbee routine. As described in the video the way I should be doing it is by starting the next jelq just as the previous jelq stroke ends. How important is this?

I find myself not having enough room to fully copy the jelq done in the video, I.e. Not enough room for my second hand when my first hand is already doing a jelq.

What are your opinions about this? Or experiences?
