Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Need some advice/guidance. Been at this for about 6 months now. I started with the newbie routine but tried to advance too early and caused a minor injury. Seemed like a size decrease and major loss of EQ. I decided to take about a month off and start fresh.

I started back slow - very minimal stretching and only jelqing. I committed to using heat before my routines. I began with 30 jelqs and increased 10 each week. I approached my sessions with encouraging it to grow rather than forcing it. I saw some positive gains in EQ and the unit seemed much denser. In fact the woman I date mentioned something about my EQ improvements. Recently though I’ve noticed EQ start to drop and it seems like it’s getting less dense. Finally I thought I was on the path but now it seems to be in reverse. I follow the two days on, one day off routine.

My routine is as follows:

1.Warm up with a hot shower about 5-10 minutes.

2.Light stretching for a few minutes in the shower

3. Jelqing - overhand grip (I feel fluid move with this grip) - 110 reps max

4. Some light edging and erect squeezes at the end with 10-20 jelqs post edge.

4. Kegel throughout the day, almost everyday.

I stay away from the ruler and decided to only check every 2-3 months.

Here are the questions I have.

1. Does anyone feel like gains are non-linear in terms of you may have a week or two of positive indicators and then have a week or two of neutral ones.

2. Any advice you can give to someone who is hitting a wall. I’ve read most of the newbie material.

I do have my starting stats so I know where I started at.

Any advice is welcomed.

Newbie Guide

Hey guys,

I’ve only recently joined, currently I’m reading the Newbie Routine (and things that are linked in it) and trying to soak up the vast knowledge and experience available.
I’ve noticed that the Glossary link mentioned at the beginning is linking to an incorrect link.

How long should the newbie routine take? It seems like you would finish everything in less then 30 minutes.

Nice to start with stretches, but I’m really sensitive, so boners keep popping up during stretches, which is really annoying and time consuming. Any tricks ?

This is common when starting.

If they’re less than 40% boners, just keep stretching. If they’re 40-80%, do some jelqs until it goes down. If it’s 80-100%, squeeze lightly around the base to make a mild manual clamping effect - but don’t overdo this as a newbie.

Also use heat. The best 20 bucks you could ever possibly spend on PE is for an InfraRed (IR) heat lamp.

Cementing

Hello to all,
I’m new to this PE about two weeks, so I have read as much as I could and I have watched the videos. I have been doing the newbie routine just about every morning with a variable to the routine. Since I am new I wanted to start slow and low

5 minutes hot shower
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
30 jelqs-15 to each side
5 minutes hot shower
