I’m having bad results. I’m not experiencing better erections or anything along the lines of what other people talk about. My BPEL is actually decreasing too! I’ve only been on it for a week so what should I do? Should I continue or start up again to prevent losing more gains?

All I can say is give it a chance, give it a chance!

Rome was not built in a day and neither will your dong. Are you on the Newbie Routine? What is the routine that you are doing? I can’t see that anything could be accomplished in one week. That’s impossible!

So. Stick with it, be persistent, and don’t give up! I will be pulling for you!

Remember, don’t give up. Repeat it 10 times!

I was using a 1 on 1 off routine of manual stretches and jelq’s. After I finished that I started Babbis’ routine which lead me to the deconditioning break. Things seem to be going ok now so I guess I’ll wait another week before starting up again. Should I start you again with Babbis’ routine?

Just to make it clear after reading your post. I am saying that I wasn’t getting good results from the deconditioning break, not from the actual PE itself. However, I have seen fewer gains from the PE which is another problem, also welcome to any other advice.. :)
