Deconditioning break question

OK, after reading up here on thunders for a while, I found out that aside from regular days off I should take deconditioning breaks after some time of PE, so my dick doesn’t get too hard or something and has a progress halt.

Anyway the question is how do I know when to take these deconditioning breaks?

Is there a way I can tell by my wiener?

Are there like symptoms or something, or a certain way your dick has to feel?

Can someone with experience enlighten me on this so I don’t waste time with too much PE or not enough? It would be real helpful to me.

When you stop gaining, that’s when you should consider a de-con break. :)

Or too much masturbating, HA! I’ll try to reduce masturbation to 3 times a month. It will be very, very hard.

Right. Deconditioning is for when you stop growing. I.E. in most cases one grows, stops growing, de-cons, and then continues with roughly the same routine that initially gave him growth.

Why I am worried about this so much is because I’m going on vacation for 12 days, during which I won’t be able to PE much. Should I just extend this deconditioning break to a full month for effectiveness? Or return to PE immediately from vacation?

Best if you started again as soon as you get back, or PE while on holiday if possible (hotels even occasionally bestow the guest with a cistern, or but-washer, which is excellent for warm-ups).

I’ve also wondered about the vacation deal. I believe at the end of August I will be off of PE for 5 days. Not as long as 12 but still 5 days of no PE is a lot, since I usually do 6 days on one off (though I may add a extra day in the middle although I’ve been told not to worry about it).


Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

Good question……

I’m just into my 2nd month of PE, so I don’t think I have to worry about a decon break. But, it would be nice to know how long the break should be for. From what some say, it’s easier to tell when one is needed (no gains) but when should one start back up?


Started - 1/6/07 - BPEL 5 7/8" - EG - 4 3/4"

Currently - 4/13/07 - BPEL 6 1/8" - EG - 4 7/8"

Goal - BPEL - 7.0" - EG - 5.5"
