Started new routine. Input appreciated
Old routine:
10 minutes stretching
5 minute warmup with hot water cup
600 jelqs (Super conditioned unit so not dangerous)
New routine:
5 minute warmup
15 minutes stretching
5 minute warmup
300 jelqs
After reading some things on this site and asking some questions, I decided to see if a less is more approach would work and at the same time focus more on length. To that end I now stretch for 15 minutes instead of just 10. I have also come to believe that a warmup before stretching and jelqing would be good versus a warmup before just jelqing. My girth is 5.5. I know that’s already big but my gol is 6. Last night marked my third night on the new routine and I think my EQ has improved somewhat since then. My goals with this new routine are to more specifically target length and gain better EQ. Any suggestions and input would be appreciated. Thanks! :D
