Started today
I didn’t take measurements before I started. Tomorrow I will take full measurements to get an accurate measurement.
I did a 5min warmup with a warm rag.
Then I did 200 3-5 sec jelq
Then I warmed down with a warm rag.
I’m going to continue to do this as my routine over the next few weeks. I will do 2 days on 1 day off. If there is anything else I should add to my routine please let me know.
