Starter Hanger - VacHanger 3 or Bib's?
Hey everyone,
I’m new to PE and want to start with a hanger. I’ve read hanging 101 and other threads that talked about starting slow and being consistent. I’ve read about the beginner routine, but plan to start hanging at 1 pound and work up from there including warm-ups and warm downs.
Would it be wise to start with a Vacuum hanger like VacHanger 3 or a hanger like Bib’s?
My goal is to gain 1-1.5inch
If it helps to make the decision I don’t have the time to do ADS I would like to commit an hour a day and see where that leads.
Vacuum hanging seems to be a little bit of a process to put on compared to the bib’s hanger, but supposedly vacuum hanging is “less risky.”
