Starting a New Project
I’m thinking about starting a new project that will entail basically 24/7 ADS on top of normal workouts. He’s how it works in my head:
Workouts as normal. I like to mix up my routine and do different stuff throughout the week. Usually 4-5 days workout to one rest.
Add ADS. normal tension during the day, and at night minimum tension. Basically just enough to keep a FULLY extended state. More than a sleeve alone can accomplish. This would include minimum tension on rest days.
This would include multiple "warmups" throughout the day each day to help maintain blood flow and malleability. If I have a full day at home maybe keeping that stealth heater on while I watch TV.
My biggest challenge is finding a good overnight solution. I’ve never been able to wear suction units comfortably and the Zen noose ADS is really the only thing that works as an ADS for me. But it’s still a noose and after a few hours of wear my glans is getting numb, so I know distal blood flow is too compromised to do overnight.
I am just coming back after a 3 month deconditioning phase with no workouts. My plan is to try to maintain this for six weeks once I get the details worked out and report back here weekly with how things are going.
I’ll be clear that safely is and will continue to be my first priority. If PI’s are looking negative I’ll stop immediately.
The working theory is that large charges in body tissue are fully possible, but usually only though occasional insult, followed by CONSTANT maintenance. Think about braces. The occasional insult is the tightening, and ultimately the only reason they work is because they stay on all the time. Think about "gauging" earlobes. The insult is when you flair out the hole slightly, but it only works because there is a plug there to make sure the tissue is held at tension the entire time. I feel like I’d the penis is allowed to heal in it’s fully relaxed and retreated state, that defeats what we are working towards. The 24/7 ADS with very light tension at rest times will force it to heal bigger.
Thoughts?
