Hey;

I have been in PE for some time now but always had to stop because of being busy of having a lack of motivation. But I’m starting again and hopefully will go long term this time.

Anyway;

I started with the very first PE Newbie Route

10 min Hot wrap
10 min manual streches
10 min wet Jelqing
A bunch of kegels

I have read some of the threads and saw some modified versions for newbies which is more effective. Should I go with this route for a while or should I try something different if so what are you suggesting. Thanks

If I understood right I should do the jelqing while half erected. Should I stop jelqing until it gets down again if I get a full hard on? Or just keep jelqing.

Sometimes I get pretty excited and want to come during or after the excersizes. I hold my self usually (because I think blood should stay in dick for a while). Does ejaculating during or after the excersize affects the PE program?

Does jelqing affects length or grith? Or even both?

Oh well I’m sure I’ll come up with many more questions but so far I was wondering about these :) thanks

Stick with the routine you’re doing for at least a month or two.

Ejaculating won’t affect anything except insofar as it affects your ability to maintain the necessary erection levels for PE.

Jelqing sometimes affects only length, other times only girth, other times both length and girth, and sometimes neither.

Stay motivated. We are in a world in which the best of the best survive. How is that for motivation? ;)

Very good. I suggest adding 3 sets of 20 JAI stretches to your routine.

Anywhere between 60-90 percent helps. Keep jelqing if you are around 90 percent, but if you get to 100, slow down and do some kegels.

Many, many, many, many, many, many different opinions on this. If you like the bigger flaccid hang, and the thicker look, I suggest holding out for at least an hour after you PE.

What are your goals? Length, Girth? Maybe I can help you out more, if I know a little more…

Thanks for the answers.

Remek as you suggested I will add the JAI strecthing to my routine, assuming I should do them right after the manual strecthes. Let me know if I’m wrong.

My Length size is 15cm (5,097 inches I think?)
My Girth size is 12,5cm (4,92 inches?)

And My goal for now is 17cm in length x 15cm girth. Of course I want to gain both way but I do feel like my girth size is pretty smaller than usual so I kinda want to focus on both length and girth maybe with 1 or 2 more girth excersizes.

Since your main target is length and girth. In a 3-4 weeks try adding Orange bends.

As for the JAI stretches, try 3 sets of 20.
