Starting again with Dry Jelq. Tips?

Months have passed since the day I wanted to SERIOUSLY start my routine but I’ve only done a few sessions.

I’ve been try dry jelq for the past 3 days and I like it a lot because:
1) I’m not alone at home and without oil exercising is more doable
2) I feel like they are working deeply and it look like there already are some changes (but maybe this is bullshit)

Now I’m doing 5 min stretch (up, down, right, left, rotating) + 10 min dry jelq.
Is it enough? Because unluckily I don’t always have a lot of time
I often skip the heating and sometimes stretch too. Is it that bad?

I dont use convention heating right now because of the time restrictions. For heat i tuck my dick between my balls and my thigh for a little while before hand. This is known as a fowfer. It gets me nice and warm and i can do it anywhere. I dry jelq too. I think heat helps gains and also prevents injury so it is pretty important in my opinion

Thanks trynagrow! Do you feel like dry jelq is giving you good results? And if you have tried wet jelq too, how are the results compared to it?

Sorry it took me so long to respond. I didn’t see you post again. I haven’t done much wet jelqing. I would say that when I get a good session of dry jelqing in my dick feels fuller for a while. I dont attribute my small amount of gains to jelqing though. I would have to say either the stretching I do or improved eq has been the conduit for my .25 inch increase in length.

I did both and got more benefits from the wet version. I can trap more blood inside my penis with it.

If you want to start with the dry jelq, bare in mind that this version is more intense and girth oriented. With that said, I would start with just 5 minutes of dry jelqing, watching the grip force and the stroke pace.

About the warm up, I wouldn’t skip it. Heat is so important in PE.

My main goal is to improve girth, that’s also why I’ve started dry jelqing! I’m being careful about pace and force already, I’ll try 5 minutes even if 10 minutes feel ok so far. We’ll see…

Yeah I’ve heard many times that heating is important… Do you have any advice to make it easier/more doable?

Infrared lamp heater seems to be the most convenient. For warm up I prefer moist heat and been using infrared as constant heat through the routine. Loving it.

It would be a good idea.. if only I had an infrared lamp ahaha
