Starting again with Dry Jelq. Tips?
Months have passed since the day I wanted to SERIOUSLY start my routine but I’ve only done a few sessions.
I’ve been try dry jelq for the past 3 days and I like it a lot because:
1) I’m not alone at home and without oil exercising is more doable
2) I feel like they are working deeply and it look like there already are some changes (but maybe this is bullshit)
Now I’m doing 5 min stretch (up, down, right, left, rotating) + 10 min dry jelq.
Is it enough? Because unluckily I don’t always have a lot of time
I often skip the heating and sometimes stretch too. Is it that bad?
