3 years is a very long decon break. People start seeing growth after 3 months of decon break in general. I don’t think you need to do anything extra. Just follow what I suggested or what you were doing earlier for those 6 months and most likely you will see gains again.

If you are not familiar with the concept of decon breaks, their purpose is to reset the toughened ligaments and tunica so that you will see gains again with the routine you were doing earlier. In your case, your ligaments and tunica should be back to how it was before PE.

I don’t 100 % believe one can totally reset toughened tissues, but I surely hope I can gain again. Starting slowly so I don’t immediately toughten tissues again and waste 3 year decon break. Today example extender 2 kg force 2 hours straight and 3 hours of elastic cord ADS. I must get new fishing scale so I can measure ADS pulling force, mainly so that it is not too high to toughen tissues. As you can see I am very worried about toughening tissues as before they got to so tough I could not gain anything even with big effort.

The 2 things I would change is I would have gotten into vac hanging as soon as possible and I would have gotten the xleeve as soon as possible. That is basically because of comfort and ease of use. I probably would never have stopped hanging the first time if it was as comfortable to do as it is now.

Same for me. It was pain in the ass to hang with bib’s. And with vac hanging you can hang for hour straight. Less weight produces good strain with longer sets. It’s just so much easier.

Wrecking Ball is probably the most value for money PE device in the world. It works like a hanger but is as comfortable to wear as an ADS and you can even pee while wearing it. If you have been on a decon break for more than 3 months this device will be very effective for you. Shockloading will make it even better. I would increase the weights very quickly if I were you because you already have quite a lot of experience with hanging. Heavy hanging is giving me the best results.

How long have you been on a decon break for? If it’s more than 3 months then the Hanging + ADS combo should work if you use heat, shockload and use higher weights/tension than before. You should also try targeting different angles so that all the muscles of your dick are being maximized for potential gains.

This is my suggestion to you and I’m planning to follow the same routine myself in the future:-
1. Heat
2. Shockload
3. Heavy hanging using a pulley for 2 hours
4. Wear the WB (3+ kg) until you go to bed at night.

Thinking backwards it could have been good thing that I did not start PE until I was 32. In early 2000 there was not so much good information about PE as now and not nearly as good devices. There was some early vacuum devices that came to market about 15 years ago. And for some reason basic extenders were not seen as good tool in forums. Water pumping was not popular yet. Bib’s hangers were there and they can be good devices if one can master technique. I would have probably started with manual routine and the problem is that young guy eager for +2” gains easily can do exercises wrong with too much force and harm himself especially with exercises done in erect state. That’s where devices have some good thing that force is controlled when in manuals new guy does not know what is enough to produce gains but not harm himself.

Though if I would have succeeded in PE earlier in life I would have got much better self-esteem with women without beeing insecure with my 5” nbp dick.

More thoughts of starting PE way back. Almost all manual routines had jelqing as their backbone and not much manual stretching only routines. I think I could have made that 1” newbie gains with manual routine IF I could have figured right force of jelqing, OR figured out to do stretching only, or better yet stretching with ADS and maybe pumping. I don’t know if there was good vacuum ads devices like phallosan, penimaster pro or ELS40 (not very good) back then. That 1” more nbp though would have done wonders my self-esteem. 4” shaft is 33% longer than 3” shaft. Probably would have gone bib hanger route like I did 2016 as I read about that hanger in early 2000. Back before kids I had much more free time so maybe I would got technique right and got some decent results without damage.

Now in thread “gaining volume with kyrpa” there is novel approach to PE. Using proper heat and SLOW light force. Back then it was high force, hard manual stretching and heavy weight hanging. Those do produce some gains but plateau when it cames is very hard to get any more. And the risks with higher loads is of course higher. I am trying kind of this approach now this time. High heat with extender 2-3 kg force and then more hours with extender/ads light tension. Water pumping up to 4 times 20 min a week. If this stretching does not work I got some hanging under proper heat but not going much over 5 kg, preferably not even that.
