Starting all over, this time with different, better methods. How would you do it?
Let’s discuss how you would do PE if you could start all over with knowledge what you have gained. I would surely do it differently than how I actually did it.
Little backround. Started PE in 2016 straight with Bib’s hangers starter and HC. Had huge motivation and tried 6 months to get hanging work but I never got it right. At best it was comfortable up to over 10 lbs, but I think I always hanged with too much blood in front and under hanger. Despite my best efforts to get excess blood out before tightening. I got edema and permanen 0,4” girth gain middle of shaft to top. It is probably scar tissue/fibrosis from hanging with too much blood. Also skin got discolored and stretched. Had inflammation and soreness and I was just brutalizing my dick. Horrible and I regret that. Luckily it did not destroy my EQ and have had my best erections in life years after that 6 months hanging journey. Gained about 0,5” length in 6 months. As newbie I think I could have gained that from some light force ADS or just about any stretching device or manual stretches.
Also at that time I had bathmate without gauge. Shitty device in my opinion (the one without gauge). One time I was pushing it very hard towards me to incease suction and felt sharp pain in left side groin. Tendon, vein or vas deferens too a hit. Area was inflammed and sore for few days but it recovered. Another stupidity of harming myself with doing PE wrong.
After 6 months I bought VacHanger 3 and the day I tried it first time I regretted that I have not bought vacuum hanger right away or very soon when I realized I could not get bib hanging to work technique wise. I would have gained much more and easier way. My motivation was not same so I ended up not hanging much. Instead I used ESL40 ADS big hours +10 hours a day and doing multiple short heavy manual stretching sessions. I thought I made deformation with manuals and use ADS to heal while extended. Gained additional 0,2 - 0,5”. So total permanent gains in length about 0,7 - 1” which remain after many years not doing any PE. Starting measurements were about 5” NBPEL and 5” MEG. Now 5,7-6” NBPEL and 5.5” MEG. Bone pressed it don’t know because when I did more PE I started to cheat and push ruler down under pubic bone. When I started BPEL was around 6” and now it’s about 7” and I am 7” in pump tube. I have measured 7.5” but that’s pushing very hard low on pubic bone.
Now I am planning coming back to PE to gain another 1” none bone pressed lenght to 7” and also just a little bit girth and improve vascularity and EQ. I do not know if my previous high force stretching and hanging has made my dick tough to gain more. All I can do is try out.
This time I plan to do it like this. This is how I would like me to have started PE in first place.
This is the equipment I have;
-VacHanger 3
-VacExtender 4
-JES extender
-ESL40
-ThickWall penis pump with gauge
I am thinking the best way to start is to use low force and build up time under tension. So ADS/extender is used. At home I can use JES extender with VacHanger attachment and monitor spring tension. At work I can use VacHanger attachment and elastic band strapped under my knee. There is little problem with force as it is difficult to measure. I can measure it with luggage/fishing scale in one position, example standing, but I sit mostly at work and then force is different (less) than standing.
Building up the intensity and time from few hours with 1200g to 10+ hours with maximum extender spring strength 2800g. Progression done in at least 2 months period. If I do not seed any gains in many months I will start hanging with VacHanger and still use ADS. Hanging BTC and over fulcrum building slowly to 15 lbs. I have done 19 lbs with VacHanger so it can take 15 lbs no problem, but it would be great to gain with even lower weight. Then if gains do not come or stop throw in heavy manual stretches after hanging session. I don’t know if these are beneficial, but I remember LG Hanger guy said somewhere he does heavy manuals after hanging. It would be great if all is needed to gain that 1” would be consistend 10+ hours of extender/ADS.
With extender/ADS I will use hand warmer pads taped to shaft. And at home electric heating pad around shaft. When hanging I will get 250W IR lamp. Ultrasound sounds very promising, but it sounds too advanced for me at this stage. Maybe if everything else fails I will get 3MHz, 2,5W/cm2 US device. I believe heat is in critical importance.
I will also do water pumping with my thickwall pump and so warm water that I can bare. Maybe using IR lamp to keep water warm in tube. Pumping I do not know so much of. What I have read progressing up to 20 min sessions with 5 inhg suction every day? Some say you can do longer sessions. And throw in suction variability so that go up to beyond 5 inhq for short time and back to low pressure and then again higher. I really have to read more about pumping programming. I cannot keep real erection for 20 mins in tube so maybe many shorter sets where I go in tube fully erect would be better? Can you guys help me out with pumping programming?
Also I am thinking of buying LG Hanger to try out if that is better than VacHanger3. With VacHanger the suction is made my mouth. I suck out as hard as I can and have no idea how much suction there is in bell dome. With LG suction is made with gauge pump so it’s controlled and I believe it could be better build more quality product than VacHanger? Should I buy LG Hanger?
Also thinking of buying PenisMaster Pro belt with belt. Idea of that is that maybe it would be easiest device to use under pants in work strapped under knee? LG hanger is out of question because I can’t keep pump in my pocket all day so when I go to take a piss or shit I need to reattach device.
One thing I have thought is ADS during night. Penimaster Pro could do that. But if I can reach 10-12h during day is it worthless or even counter productive to increase time under tension more?
Does this sound like a good plan to start it all over?
