Starting newbie routine

Hi all, I have done the research and it seems that newbie routine is the way to go. I have read that it says to start with 5 minutes stretch and 10 minutes jelq, build up to 10 minutes stretch and 30 minutes jelq over 6 weeks time. Does that mean by the last day of the 6 weeks, I should be on 10 minutes stretch/30 minutes jelq? I have also read (on this or other forums) that anything over 20 minutes jelqing is more harmful than helpful.

I would increase number of jelqs and stretches only if your unit is responding positively, ramping it up too quickly can cause problems and the time people can increase time/intensity is different for everyone. Mainly a how you feel approach is needed
