Good day fellow fanatic penis-builders!
From today, I’ll be starting my exercise-program seriously. I’m not a 100% newbie, since I’ve been hanging and jelqing some before, but without any significant results.
So today it’s a special day for me. I’ve read some threads about ‘clamping’, and it seems to be one of the best girth-gaining methods out there, am I right?
And girth is the thing I need most (read stats at the bottom). But I do also want length of course. The thing is now, I would like some answers and advice from the veterans here.

I’m using JES-Extender as my hanging device, it’s easy to attach and it stretches real good, and I can keep it on for hours.
So my questions are now:
1. Should I clamp before hanging or vice verse?
2. Is clamping enough to gain girth or do I have to add jelqing or other exercises?
3. Are there any pills that will speed up the gains (like testosterone contribution)?
4. Can I do some clamping, then hanging, and back to clamping again - or should I clamp like 3 sets at once, and then hang for the rest of the day?

I think this is all I need to know right now, I will of course be back with more questions and some results!

My length now: 6.65”.
My girth now: 4.70”.

I am so NOT the person to be responding for this, but I would believe that clamping would hinder/ make more difficult hanging if done before the hanging. In hanging you usually want to chase out as much blood as possible.

I would also like to add another question:
5. Which jelqing-method is the most effective one for girth-gaining?

I’ve read a lot about damaging your unit while clamping, so I must start off very easy. I will probably wet-jelq another month before I enter the clamping-world (I haven’t bought all the equipment needed yet anyway).

So my schedule for the next month will look like this:
1. Hanging 2-5 hours.
2. Wet-Jelqing for 20-30 mins.

Please comment my workout-schedule and do add exercises if you really think I need it.

Hopefully someone in the know could answer all your questions. I would think that possibly a few hours would have to go by to deflate the pump from clamping and jump to hanging.

When I always think of hanging, a Bib Hanger comes to mind. So, I can’t really guess well enough with a traction device like a JES would figure in exactly.

Yeah that sounds like a pretty intense routine. Yeah for clamping you need to take it easy in the beginning and not to go over 10 minutes per session. I was very close to injuring myself for maybe months for doing one set of 15 minutes of clamping and I’ve been at this for 5 months or so. Yeah one of the veins on the side of my penis suddenly got huge and stuck 1/4-1/2 inch out of the side of my dick. It was scary to say the least, but luckily it went down, haha I havn’t clamped since. Good luck.
