Starting off seriously
Good day fellow fanatic penis-builders!
From today, I’ll be starting my exercise-program seriously. I’m not a 100% newbie, since I’ve been hanging and jelqing some before, but without any significant results.
So today it’s a special day for me. I’ve read some threads about ‘clamping’, and it seems to be one of the best girth-gaining methods out there, am I right?
And girth is the thing I need most (read stats at the bottom). But I do also want length of course. The thing is now, I would like some answers and advice from the veterans here.
I’m using JES-Extender as my hanging device, it’s easy to attach and it stretches real good, and I can keep it on for hours.
So my questions are now:
1. Should I clamp before hanging or vice verse?
2. Is clamping enough to gain girth or do I have to add jelqing or other exercises?
3. Are there any pills that will speed up the gains (like testosterone contribution)?
4. Can I do some clamping, then hanging, and back to clamping again - or should I clamp like 3 sets at once, and then hang for the rest of the day?
I think this is all I need to know right now, I will of course be back with more questions and some results!

My girth now: 4.70”.
My length goal: 8.00”.
My girth goal: 6.00”.
