Starting out PE
I have a few questions to start to a PE program. I completely understand dedication is necessary with anything including PE. Since it is hard for me to find time to do a lot of PE exercises, what is the best routine to make gains but with the least amount of time. I like many of you, are busy so I don’t have a ton of time throughout my day. Also I don’t really want my wife knowing about it, so when she is home I have to be sneaky. I also started jelqing for about 10 minutes a day. I know that the less time means slower gains, which I am ok with, as long as gains are made. I could definitely set aside 10-20 minutes a day for PE. But an hour is a lot for me. Also, does anyone prefer to dry jelqing instead of using a lubricant? What works better. I wouldn’t mind adding an inch. As of right now I am 6 1/4 inches in length. I still have to measure girth but I think I am decent in that department. If anyone can provide insight I’d greatly appreciate it.
