Hi,

I’m going to start out with PE. But I’ve got a few questions.. Hopefully you could answer these.

1. What do you guys recommend me to do first?
2. Is the Newbie Routine of luvdadus the only newbie routine on the forum? If not, could you link some other ones?
3. If you used the newbie routine in the past, could you tell how much length and girth you gained from it?
4. After doing a few jelqs my dick is almost fully erect.. But I read that your penis shouldn’t be, how could I fix this?
5. Would you recommend me to ever use instruments to gain growth? Or could I just keep it with exercises that require no equipment?
6. When should I increase the amount of repetitions?
7. What’s the most effective way to increase flaccid growth?
8. How many years do you think it would take for me to go from 6.5 inches to 8.1 inches?
9. Do jelqs increase both, girth and height of your penis?
10. Saw someone that went from 5 inches to 7.75 inches in 5 years. For people with a similar situation: Have you always used the same workout and just added repetitions or?
11. Could you please link me some workouts?

2. newbie is a standard mix of manual exercises, can be mixed in many ways.
3. I gained around 1cm length and 0.3 cm girth. Not awesome
4.wait til it goes back to semi erect, you will get less excited about it with the experience.
5. Yes. When you plateau.

7. What is flaccid growth?flaccid size is nothing stable or something independent of the erect one. When there is more penis hanging there, will be bigger flaccid and erect.
8. 1 year per 0,5 to 1 inch is reasonable. So 1,5inch can take 1,5-3 years. Some people will never gain 1-5inch though.

10. no one keeps the exact same routine over 5 years. Most people will experiment stuff throughout all their PE career.

Thing is not whenever I jelq my dick doesn’t want to get erect most of the time. It’s erect for like 25%? Do you know how I could fix this? This happened after the first day, I did 50 jelqs and realized my penis wasn’t getting erect anymore like it used to, whenever I thought of something I would get an erection but now that doesn’t happen anymore. Tbh I like it but I am afraid that I did something wrong, what do you think??

WHy will some people never gain 1-5 inches?
