Starting out. questions

I’m going to start out with PE. But I’ve got a few questions.. Hopefully you could answer these.
1. What do you guys recommend me to do first?
2. Is the Newbie Routine of luvdadus the only newbie routine on the forum? If not, could you link some other ones?
3. If you used the newbie routine in the past, could you tell how much length and girth you gained from it?
4. After doing a few jelqs my dick is almost fully erect.. But I read that your penis shouldn’t be, how could I fix this?
5. Would you recommend me to ever use instruments to gain growth? Or could I just keep it with exercises that require no equipment?
6. When should I increase the amount of repetitions?
7. What’s the most effective way to increase flaccid growth?
8. How many years do you think it would take for me to go from 6.5 inches to 8.1 inches?
9. Do jelqs increase both, girth and height of your penis?
10. Saw someone that went from 5 inches to 7.75 inches in 5 years. For people with a similar situation: Have you always used the same workout and just added repetitions or?
11. Could you please link me some workouts?
