Can anyone add any info regarding benefits of taking short periods of time off? Like a week off every few months? If there are any, of course.

Thinking about hitting the 2 or 3 month mark and then laying off any PE for at least a few days to give my piece a complete recovery.

If this is a waste of time though, please chime in.

Alright, I’ve decided to abandon bundled stretches and just focus on regular stretches. The more I think about it, the less complicated a routine I should have. So I’m just stretches, wet jelqs, bathmate and that’s it.

I also measured today:

I’m actually 6.75” NBPEL and 7.2” BPEL

These measurements were taken standing up

Guys, I’m gonna knock jelqing on the head for a while and just do manual stretches with bathmate.

I need to stop using porn to achieve some kind of firmness to jelq with but I don’t want to stop PE.

For now, I’m going avoid it and see how I get on.

Hey dude I think you’re lucky your dick didn’t explode. The bruises are nothing to necessarily worry about but they could be.

If you are an experienced pumper you know when you’re over doing it and are not surprised when you get a bruise.

I would stay away from pumping until you have made some noticeable gains from the newbie routine.

You stated that you never did a consistent routine for over a month. You really should not be pumping especially if your pumping your dick to double it’s size and getting bruises to show for it.

I started out in PE with a very disorganised fashion and thought I was a head of the game. So when I found the newbie routine on thunders I would always add something to it like pumping.

I tried every kind of advanced exercise there is on this forum and didn’t get any gains for years. Literally years. I don’t know how I was so ignorant.

Anyway I took a long break from pe, and it wasn’t until I made the newbie a routine a true base for my routine did I actually see some results.

If you have been using your pump for the last little while I would decon for a couple of weeks and and start back on the newbie routine alone.

If you do the newbie routine and listen to your dick you should see some decent gains in about three months.

Sorry for going on a bit of a rant. Just reading through your posts, and your situation really reminded me of myself and all the time I wasted. I could be way off here though.

This is my third day of a mini break that I’m taking (back at it tomorrow). The old wood has come back lol!

All I’ve been doing is some JAI stretches here and there etc, that’s it.

Ok so after taking 4 days off, I got back to it last night.

Because I’m avoiding jelqing and just focusing on manual stretches, I incresed the time I stretched for but kept the BM session the same (2x5 mins).

My manual stretching session lasted about 35 minutes, maybe more, and just involved held stretches in all directions.

After my BM session I noticed another dark blue bruise on the under side of my piece. I think from now on I’m going to stop pumping to maximum pressure; I can handle the little red dots, but these larger blue ones are concerning!

Still unsure on measurements or of any additional gains but one thing I’m certain of is that the manual stretches I’m doing are safe. I don’t feel any discomfort from them and my penis actually stretches really well. So, for the time being, I shall continue my stretching sessions and the occasional JAI stretch during the day and I’ll tone it down on the BM. Still 2x 5 mins sessions but not maximum pressure.

Did the exact same thing, started again probably doing to much forgetting my body wasn’t conditioned for it and took a little break and PI’s are brilliant. Now I stretch in the shower everyday (5 mins on jelqing off days and 10/15mins on jelqing days) and I jelq 3 days on 1/2 days off depending on how everything is feeling downstairs.

All I’ve changed in my routine is more time focused on A and V-stretches and I’ve gone from 10 mins sessions to 15/20 mins sessions again depending on how I’m downstairs.

Seen small but positive gains in 2 weeks of the new routine.

Quick update.

My routine has diminished to manual stretches only for now. I’m spending about 35-40 mins doing stretches and a 10 minute warm up and warm down either side.

No gains since my last post.

Will update more accordingly.
