Starting Out.Again
Hi all!
I’ve had some PE experience in the past but nothing that lasted more than a month or so and didn’t produce any discernible results (any of which I probably lost anyway)
So I’m at it again, this time for a year and then from there I’ll evaluate. My routine currently consists of the following (2 days on, 1 day off)
10 minute heat sock warm up
5-10 mins stretches/bundled stretch mixup
10-15 mins wet jelqs at like 80% erection (I counted how many I did once and I hit the 100 mark at about 8-9 minutes so extra is a bonus)
2x5 mins Bathmate Hercules, pumped to maximum capacity (so I feel uncomfortably engorged, but not painful)
10 minute heat sock warm down
Usually a few mins of manual stretches throughout the day just to avoid the turtle and keep myself limber
Some bed fowfers when I’m in bed for good measure
I’ve been doing this for about a month now. EQ has shot up enormously, don’t know about length gains yet and kind of want to avoid measuring until the year is out (although I realise how hard this will be haha)
I pretty much always get the little red dots after I pump but they always appear to have gone by the next day.
My flaccid hang is much more plump and my piece feels heavier in general in my underwear (probably the Bathmate).
What I did measure yesterday was my current girth, then I used the Bathmate, did my warm down and then measured again and I had gained 1/4” in middle flaccid girth (coincidentally, my MEG is only 4.75” so to have my piece looking fatter and not even hard was awesome - I hit 5”).
I know this is temporary for now though but to see the increase was nice :D
Starting stats are:
6.5” NBPEL
4.75” MEG
There we go.
I’m gunning for 8” NBPEL (or more!) by the time my first year is out. Not too fussed about girth so much but I know I’ll inevitably gain that too along the way, just don’t have a set goal for it.
One last thing to add is that when I use the Bathmate, I go in at about 30% erect and pump all the way up until my piece feels very very full.
I had the thing on today and, whilst pumped to the max, I pulled out a tape measure and I was sitting at 8” (inside the pump).
This is really encouraging for me. I’m not that big yet but to know that I’m able to expand to that level is a good motivator.
I will keep a track of any progress or “things” here.
I’ll also log if I change my routine.
