Starting PE, then Starting again
I started PE a few years ago and noticed some results. For some reason (I don’t remember exactly why) I stopped. When I first started I was 4.15” EG and 5.25” NBPEL. After a couple months I measured 4.25” EG and still about 5.25” NBPEL.
I started again about a year ago and within a few weeks noticed results in girth, going from 4.25 to 4.37 in a couple weeks. I also went from 5.25 to 5.5” in length. I didn’t’t notice much more gain over the next several months (about 3 months), and I again quit PE, because of living conditions.
Recently (starting 4/23/10), I have started PE again. And once again I noticed immediate results. I am now 4.6” EG, and 5.5” NBPEL. However, these gains came quickly and I have not noticed any gains within the last 6 weeks. It seems that every time I start over I have better gains. I know PE works, but it seems that my prolonged exercises are of little benefit, and that I should take months off in between to get best results.
Has anyone else had similar experience? Or had better luck with different exercises ( I stick to the newbie routine most of the time, but obviously increase time spent on the exercises)?
I am also considering buying an extender, but haven’t heard a lot of success stories about them. If anyone has any experience I would love to hear about it.
