What’s up guys, I’ve posted here before and I never really asked before but what kind of routines would you guys recommend for someone that only needs length?

I’d consider myself to be a “tuna can”. I have my starting pictures in this thread from a few years ago. Starting Pictures

I think my biggest issue is my flaccid and my ability to work with it. It tends to fluctuate quite a bit. Some days I have more of a hang than others, and some (I’d go as far as to say most) days I only have a goomba head. I’ll upload more updated starting pictures, like my N/BPSFL, when I get some time. Currently I work long hours, usually like 12 hour days. I’d really love to be able to work some consistent PE into this somehow. Like I said before, I only need length, and any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

The Newbie Routine is a good place to start.

Without knowing what you have done or are doing, there’s no other answer. Out of all your posts, you never made mention of any exercises or actually starting.

This can be done, manually, without any equipment or gadgets.
If you have any, what kind of equipment do you have?
