Starting Over Again
What’s up guys, I’ve posted here before and I never really asked before but what kind of routines would you guys recommend for someone that only needs length?

I think my biggest issue is my flaccid and my ability to work with it. It tends to fluctuate quite a bit. Some days I have more of a hang than others, and some (I’d go as far as to say most) days I only have a goomba head. I’ll upload more updated starting pictures, like my N/BPSFL, when I get some time. Currently I work long hours, usually like 12 hour days. I’d really love to be able to work some consistent PE into this somehow. Like I said before, I only need length, and any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
